Tucked away under the waterfall was a green chrysalis, beginning to shake and splinter under the water. Whatever was inside, was beginning to thrash violently in an attempt to break their chrysalis and - eventually - they did.
With a muted crack, the chrysalis gave way, thin pieces of shards floating to the surface of the water as the little creature swam out. It paused. It looked around. And it swam upwards. With her head peering out of the surface, Nora looked onto the land in silence, perhaps waiting.

The orca had pointed the little blue off towards Pisces, yet he did not follow for a little while. He was afraid that Moana and Eeya would indeed be there and accuse him of abandoning them. He was afraid that they wouldn't be there and would still be away. But, he'd mustered up the courage and made the journey. Kreool already met Bevy, and it was great. The two caught up, but the little leviathan was easily tired from the long swim. After one last big gasp of air, the little blue had clung to the orca's back.
Now, the child was curled about his dorsal fin, sleeping soundly. Every few minutes, he could hear a great sigh from the critter, bubbles flitting from its gills. He still wasn't quite sure if Kreool was a boy or girl. It didn't seem that Kreool knew yet either!
Arrh had been swimming about the deep lagoon of Pisces, careful to make his motions as smooth as possible as not to wake or accidentally shake off little Kreool... even if they were clutching his fin tightly.
A great shattering sound echoed within the waters, and he wondered what it was. The black-and-white beast swam towards the surface, as he heard something swimming upwards. Arrh had to know what this was! Maybe another water friend. When his dark eyes fell upon the form of a seal pup, he squealed happily, but a little quietly as not to awaken Kreool. "Hello!"

Kreool wasn't a heavy sleeper. Curled upon her friend's back, the little leviathan had noticed each turn and twist, but dozing, hadn't reacted to anything thus far. However, when Arrh called a hello to someone, those bright eyes popped open to see who the newcomer was. Those gills snapped shut as she woke fully, gaze flitting around the lagoon for a moment. Pisces. Still here, huh? So Arrh hadn't swam anywhere else, just... in circles? Heh.
Arrh was calling to another sea creature, it seemed. The much smaller shape was similiar to Kreool's, but a dark patchwork of earth colors instead, and covered in plush fur. Curious, the little blue twisted to slide along Arrh's back, gripping black skin gently with sharp claws as she crawled, up onto Arrh's head. There, Kreool churred a warm hello to her friend, then turned her attention to the newborn.
Hello! She echoed, voice a thrilling birdsong under the water. She didn't move off of her friend's skull yet, enjoying the warmth he gave off. Arrh, they look like me! She lightly slapped her friend with her tail, excited. Little Kreool! Little friend!

Nora would have been content enough floating by herself where she was, but one second she was alone and the next second there were not one, but two other creatures approaching her.
She came to the conclusion it was a threat.
So what does one do when she feels threatened? Well, first she opened her mouth as wide as it would go, showing off the little pin-needle teeth, but soon after she simply swam back. "I'll eat you?!" she squeaked out, almost quizzically, as if she didn't even understand her own words.
Which, honestly, wasn't far from the truth. But then, they talked. From a distance, Nora stared in silence for a beat. "Hello?" she called out before wincing. She didn't like the situation, and so she swam towards the river's edge and slid up onto the land, peering back into the water.

Kreool would soon prove to be an extremely light sleeper, the small leviathan stirring then easily slipping along his dermis. Once the little blue rested upon his head and was comfortably seated, the orca chirped in response, before his dark gaze turned to the plush seal pup before him. The tiny creature showed off its needle-sharp little fangs then quickly swimming away from the great whale and his adopted brother/sister/daughter/son. "Look like Kreool!" he chirped up to the small blue creature above him before the neonate squeaked. "No! Friend don't eat friend!"
The seal stared, then quickly gave a greeting before bounding onto land and peering back into the pool. Arrh whined quietly before getting an idea. "Kreool get new friend to come play (with) Kreool and Arrh!" Nodding to himself, the pelagic mammal swam upwards until his fin broke the surface, and he lunged towards land...
...but it was less than epic or majestic. The creature himself had not yet quite learned how to jump onto land or over small land bridges. He weighed about six tons, so it was no easy feat. Arrh misjudged the distance and jumped entirely too late, his large form rising out of the water for only a moment as he crashed (and burned) on the stone. Arrh's chin scraped against the somewhat rough stone, the thin skin broken by the grain of it. "Owie!" The orca whined, but he put on a happy face. "Kreool and Arrh play, not eat!" His head turned towards the seal pup, who likely had run away somewhere in pure terror of a twenty-foot long whale lunging out of the water.
So maybe that hadn't been the best idea.

The little Mini Kreool wasn't happy to see them. It- she?- screeched at the unlikely pair and shot away from them, headed for land. Kreool's gills bubbled with a disappointed sigh. She doesn't like us! But Arrh wasn't deterred. The whale shot after the little seal pup, and Kreool slipped back against his dorsal fin with a trill of surprise. She clung to Arrh as he shot out of the water, and with a gasp, realized they wouldn't make it. Almost too late, she braced for the impact. Little Kreool shot forward as Arrh landed and, unfortunately using those sharp, hooked claws, caught herself before she could go flying off. She hung pathetically with her tail fin on the rocky ground- now soaked, she noted- claws dug into Arrh's skin and face pressed against the white spot behind her friend's right eye. Dazed, she simply hung there a moment.
Then Arrh whined in his high pitched sea beast voice and with an audible gasp, Kreool let go, falling back-first to the ground below with a thump. With some effort, she got herself straightened out and upright again, then crawl-slithering, she made her way around, staring with morose at her beached friend. Those fins weren't made for both sea and stone... how would Arrh get back into the water? Kreool stopped in front of her big friend's nose and turned her strange gaze to the little seal pup- a shocked expression became one of contempt.
We wanted to play! Why did you run from us!?
