Giggle is returned!, albeit a bit more (absolutely) insane than previously. AS SUCH! Anyone who wants their fortunes told IC is welcome to come along to Canis and ask!
Just make a thread of your character heading down to Giggle's bone pile, either asking for a fortune or just happening upon it, and tag Giggle. Specify in an OOC tag at the bottom, if your character doesn't IC, that you're after a fortune-telling!
I use an OOC method, and as a warning Giggle's fortunes may not be anywhere as clear and coherent as before, but it's just a bit of fun for everyone ^^
If anyone just wants to meet her, too, that's fine; just again specify in an OOC bit at the bottom if you just want rp :)

P.S. If your character is particularly aggressive and/or a cat, it may devolve into nastiness or fighting, fair warning! Giggle probably won't start a fight herself, but she might call you all sorts of names. She WILL still tell fortunes for anyone who asks, as she thinks it isn't her place to deny anyone!
