Origin Anniversary Event Suggestions!

And to shake things up just a little bit, the staff of Origin would like to know what kinds of things you guys want to see for Origin's anniversary! As everybody knows, Origin's anniversary is coming up on in the beginning of May. While we DO already have some really great things planned, if there are other festivities you guys have in mind, please go ahead and suggest them! It's gonna be party central, and we want Origin's anniversary to be the really great, fun experience for everybody!

Below are a few examples of events/treats we may have for the anniversary:

1 Year Anniversary Achievement
An achievement for everybody that was present with us for our 1 Year Anniversary! All active members (by May 1) will qualify for this achievement.

Yearbook Superlatives
Courtesy of Shafaer, a superlatives event for the members and characters of Origin! While we look to Shafaer to come up with a great list of topics to nominate people/characters for, she probably wouldn't mind some suggestions herself.

New Skin!
A special anniversary skin will be made for Origin!

Quest
Maybe a special quest? :O!!! (If suggesting quests, feel free to privately PM the Origin Cave account)

Can you think of anything else really fun to do for our anniversary? If there's anything in particular we like, we'll definitely do it and we'll credit whoever thought of it! There may also be special prizes for those whose suggestions we pick!

The deadline for Origin Anniversary Event Suggestions is March 31st.

Suggestion: Big Ole Noodle Dad skin

How it Works: You make a skin of Big Ole Noodle Dad and/ or other NPC's The Lorekeeper with a yellow and blackish theme would be amazing.

Suggestion: Lorekeeper recap?
IC or OOC?: both?
How it Works: Maybe like, every character can tell a story from a peticular cycle or maybe at least the main quests since the beginning and LoreKeeper can string them together in a "Last year on Origin Ball Z" type thing? Like "We had the great awakening:"
Leon: I hatched and was dry and fire and fluffy
Fallah: I hatched and tried to eat a lizard
Fisher: I didn't hatch for 3 cycles cause I kept crit failing
"Then there was Noodle Dad"
Everyone: We were gonna rek
Noodle Dad: I was gonna rek
Fisher: I remembered a story Fallah and I once heard and told her to give up the fight against Noodle Dad
Fallah: Remembering the story, I bowed, trusting my friend.
Black: We spoke to the being. He became out ally.

Etc until the stories are told. We would prolly use an ooc thread to compile the character quotes/ interviews.

Suggestion: Happy 1 year?

How it Works: Everyone draws and add their character to a group image (or asks someone nicely to add their character) in a group photo? xD

Suggestion: Reflect on the good and bad

How it Works: In a ooc thread, everyone says their favorite and least favorite thing that had happened for the year. If it be IC drama or silly OOC stuff.

I just wanna say that i love the noodle dad skin, lorekeeper recap, and the character photo idea ;_; they sound like so much fun aaaa.... Watch me pick literally every event and then there will be TOO much stuff to do!!

What if someone made like a bg that is like a shore/land, but you can also see some of the underwater leading to the shore so we can include the water gems? The bg would be big tho XD
Make it into a skin with everyone's art styles for a bonus anniversary skin called "better together"

Bonus: Local art shops on site help members w/o art talent so everyone can be included.

Yeahhhh, like, you can have the choose of making your character a photo-manip or drawing them, trying to puzzle piece everyone together. ;3;

Less of event things but things I want to do/ see on a thread anyway. Would be fun to see visually.

How it Works: List all the mutations major or minor for year 1. If there are pics it can be like #transfomationtuesday XD update every so often. Also doubles as a record of mutations?

Suggestion: All the babs.

How it Works: See... ya make a family tree of all the babs this far. Update each cycle or year and add new babs and new parents. Can be complete with pics so that we can see how mutated things are XD

Ooo! We could have like... A contest thing where like... there are hidden birthday cakes with little 1's on them hidden in the forums and whoever finds the most gets like Magicka or some other prize or something idk. I am bad with coming with events T_T
