It was a lazy day for this particular hybrid. The wolven dragon had found his way to the cavern of foliage many hours ago as to where he had easily caught him a hefty snack and filled his starving belly before he decided to settle down for a nap. At the current time he was sprawled out on his back. His long wings spread out to the sides of him and lazy draped over any foliage that happened to be in his way. his front legs were curled at his chest, drooping paws twitching every once in awhile from his dreams while his hind legs were stretched out completely and relaxed. His long whip-like tail covered in fur ended up squishing a few fern bushes before ultimately rested against a tree. A snoring rumbled from the creature, showing just how well the Dragolf was sleeping.
Long ears twitched, twisting into a particular direction as a sudden voice sang into the wind. It stirred the beast quickly and gentle pink eyes fluttered open. Groggily he stared at the ceiling above him, lost to the tune that seemed to whisper against the wind. For what seemed the longest time Khoridai simply listened. Recognition seemed to dawn upon him and the beast shifted instantly. He rolled over, taking care about what exactly he may accidentally roll onto if he wasn't careful. Wide eyes searched the trees.
An excitement began to fill him and his more canine genes kicked in, causing his tail to start wagging back and forth, bumping into trees and fern bushes alike. A grin spread widely across his features and within a moment he jumped from his current spot and headed towards the sound. He followed it without fault, weaving in and out of trees as his paws stepped lightly over and around fern bushes. It was only a matter of minutes before his eyes finally settled upon the creature. Grown and much bigger than he last remembered, but he had also grown since he had last seen this creature.
"Wisteria," His deep voice called out, happy and excited in his tone. Oh how he had missed the pretty hybrid. To this day he still pondered over their time back in Pisces where they had played a game he could hardly remember the rules to now. He approached her slowly, making sure he didn't surprise her in his sudden appearance. He wondered, for a moment, if she even remembered him. It had felt like a life time since they last saw one another before the great slumber swept over the caves.
