QUESTS/EVENTS
Torrential downpours cause localized flooding and many upset cats. Along with these frequent rain, from gentle drizzles to heavy rainfall, there seems to be a flux of Magicka drawn in particular to water sources. Occasional jet streams of warm air make narrower tunnels harder to navigate. On occasion, the rain intensifies, becoming howling storms with sleet or large hail. However, the temperatures overall are a little warmer, with snow and ice in temperate caves somewhat receding.

Cuanakrys had been simply wandering when she stepped in some mud and smelled a musty smell... well, the smells had always been musty, and it had always been muddy, for Cuanakrys at least. she noticed something distinct about this area- she was no longer in Cetus. she had wandered whilst daydreaming into a tunnel. she continued to walk some more, even though it was a sort of blind walk.

The red wolf isn't the only one treading on in a blind walk, another wolf is around that is also somewhat moving blindly. Although she somewhat was wandering into this cave specifically a single path is a bit of a bore, a place that has various different paths is a lot more interesting for exploring as it allows Rina to have the freedom to choose various options of the direction she intends to go to.
Well... As of right now she's really unsure as to where to go to next even though that adds the fun to it, but she doesn't want to sit around for too long, at the same time she does want to analyse her four options instead of choosing impulse. She'll look on for now first looking at the pathway in this Tunnel that leads to the main part of Polaris, completely unaware that there's another wolf coming from behind in the pathway that leads to Cetus...
Cuanakrys had bumped into plenty of walls by now, but this time, it was not a wall she bumped into. "oh...." Cuanakrys said, as almost a way to say sorry. "uhh... who're you? never seen you in a daydream or in reality..." Cuanakrys just had the best daydream- Lots of food, peace, and general pleasure.
Rina usually keeps her eyes out for anyone else, but she was so deeply engrossed of what she has come upon with analyzing that Rina never noticed the newcomer from behind. But when she felt someone bump into her, Rina's ears perk up and she quickly turns her head to look from behind. This unexpected happening while has definitely gotten Rina to be on edge and was prepared to leap back if that bump she just felt was an indication of danger, but when she looked at the other wolf, she was calmly glancing at her before trying anything. Hearing the 'oh' seems to indicate that the wolf didn't know where they were going and so perhaps not a threat, Rina began to turn her whole body around so the new wolf will face her front instead of her back.
Daydream? Well, that's a new one, she supposes she daydreams too it somewhat desires her sense for adventure in a way, still what this wolf said had a very intriguing way of saying it. "Is that so? Pretty intriguing, but justified since I am someone who only temporarily stays at the locations I come across. It's Rinaotei though or 'Rina'." Rina lists her name, that she's known by pretty simple enough she hopes. She did somewhat allow her snarky side to show a little, with about her asking 'if that is so' on not knowing who Rina is even though of course they won't know her.

"oh, my name is Cuanakrys. Cuan for short. Nice to meet you, Rina." Cuanakrys replied, with a "Are you ok?" to top it off. there was a lot of daydreams Cuanakrys was processing at the time.
Well looks like another is immediately referring to her as 'Rina', then again so does she herself unless she needs to be more formal. The newcomer red wolf easily listed out her name too with a shortened version to use hmm... Should she right away refer to her as 'Cuan', or should she call the red wolf by her whole name first? Well if she wants to refer to her as 'Rina' then it mostly likely will be OK for her to refer to as shortened version as well, not to add she doesn't want to use too many syllables in words for discomfort. ""A pleasure, Cuan...", She is still wondering on whether to continue on her thoughts on the decision of which path she should take on whilst in this conversation.
Well she has been asked another question, well Cuan did accidently bump into her by accident which did sort of make her jump. ""Ah... Yes, I will be fine. Merely just pondering which path I should choose." That makes both of them in a way daydreaming about something with her analysing all the various environments that are on her paths and yet these thoughts are completely silent and both are unaware of the other's thoughts processing as of right now.

"Ok. I'll try not to hinder..." Cuan replied, as she stuck her nose through a tunnel. there was a pebble in front of cuan, who looked at it. She wondered if she could move it without pawing at it. Lazy, right? The rock subtly moved in her direction, and she noticed it took a slight drain on her, making her jump back. "Did i just move that rock?"
Rina thanks Cuan with a small hum in response to her telling Rina, she'll try not to hinder. She'll continue to analyse some circumstances of some of the various paths again, first by perhaps calculating the estimated rough number of the current temperatures in the various different environments that are so different from each other.
In admidst she heard what sounded like a jewel just dropped or something, she turns over to see what that was. Uh... Please, no distractions. But she does see that Cuan is right by where this noise is coming from seemed to be a little stunned. What did Cuan bump into another thing now? But when Cuan asked about whether or not she moved the rock, Rina furrows her brows in thought as she was confused as to what Cuan meant, did she not realize she knocked it or is Rina missing something here? "Were you in daydream again and bumped into something else now? Or are you referring to something else like say... A Spell? But from the noise I heard I suppose you did make that rock move." Although as always she is completely calm, however the distractions while she was concentrating on calculating the environments ahead were starting to make her feel a little bit impatient, somewhat shown how she got a little sassy there when answering Cuan.
"yes, i am referring to a spell." Said the red wolf, Cuanakrys, as she nervously touched the rock. nothing much seemed to happen. "Yes, i moved that rock. No, i did not touch it." Cuan said to herself, in shock.
Ah, so it was a spell, in that case she is unsure of what kind it was then as she didn't properly witness it since her back was turned from her observation, but it sounds like a Spell involving Arcane & Earth. Intrigued as to what Spell could've caused it her impatience dwindles a little, she still wants to hurry and make her decision of choosing which part of the cave she should go to but she's willing to delay it... For now, let's see how it goes, might just be solved briefly or may take some time, time may be a valuable jewel that needs to be used carefully but ignoring Cuan whilst she's going on will just make things take longer. Not to add the other wolf does seem pretty shocked about this it should really be common courtesy of her to show her nicer side and assist her a little... She may play some mind games or some small prank if she starts to lose her patience though, although it most likely won't come to that.
"Perhaps explain in further detail? Did it, shake a little? Hover in the air a little, or was it like something invisible, just pushed it towards you?" Need to know a little bit more before she comes to a conclusion.
