Out of sheer boredom and lack of friends, Howl Quickclaw is hoping to set up sort of a highwayman gang to cause chaos and generally have fun being at the absolute bottom rung of Gemboundity. The only boundary is drawn at newly hatched or young Gembound, who are either invited to run with the Windreach Raiders or be politely escorted away. This group is a lawless one except for respecting and protecting one another and that Howl ultimately has the highest ruling ability. When WR is not raiding and pillaging, it sets up base at the platforms of Monoceros.

> THINGS TO NOTE

— Howl/the leader is the only one who's really required to wear earrings, but others may.
— Stealing from one another is encouraged; it encourages skill-building.

> LOOKING FOR

— Sticky fingers: pickpockets, crooks, bandits.
— Heavy lifters: powerful Gembound to do the intimidating and provide force as needed.
— Scouts: those upon silent feet or wings, determine the next location to raid.

Damn, Riffi just went inactive! She'd be perfect for this group, but I'm hyper focusing on other charas at the moment and only have so much muse. If this group gets a big enough following I'll wake her up! :D

I think Apple might have some fun with this! Although, she'll probably need convincing not to feel bad :P
