Zeus swung a large paw, managing to strike down a cave rabbit. It squealed as it was flung to the side and hit a wall before slumping down onto the ground in a daze. The bear huffed and moved in to prevent its escape. He was hungry. And annoyed. The cave rabbit had kicked him with its hind legs on the face earlier. The area around his nose still stung. Now it was time to guzzle this pesky thing down. Grabbing the rabbit by its ears in his mouth, Zeus shook the small creature viciously. Spitting it out again, he held it down and began to devour it with cruel violence, making a mess as the smell of blood and gore filled the air. "Zeus speaks" 'Zeus thinks'

Blackberry had never felt elation before. She had never felt such happiness before. It had been so long, possibly forever, since she had ever felt anything good at all. Certainly not since she had been through hell. But she knew now, she knew that she loved Blueberry, truly. She did. Despite all of the shit she gave him, despite the monster she had turned him into, he loved her and she loved him. And that was the best feeling. Almost as good as she felt when she laid eyes on their children.

But now she needed air. So much happiness and joy was giving her a headache. She wasn't used to this, not at all, and it was starting to overwhelm her. There were things she needed to think about. What would the children look like? A moose and a goose were...an odd combination, but that didn't even take into account her mutations. She looked down at the accretion on her stomach and opened and closed the claws. Would they be horrific? Probably. She almost didn't want to think about, but at the same time she did. They would come back when they hatched and she would see.

A noise snapped her out of her thoughts and she looked up. Her body froze. Not far away was a creature, a rather large creature, and one that was eerily familiar. But she had not met it before, no, never. As it turned its head, shaking a rabbit, all happiness and doubts and all thoughts of Blueberry and their children were smashed into the dust. Rage and anger filled her entire being as images of a bear flashed through her head. A bear laughing and clawing, opening her stomach before slamming it shut and scourging her open again. That thing had hurt her. That thing had been there in hell.

She stormed up, straight on, consumed by fury and hissing violently. "Who are you?!" she screamed. "Tell me your name, NOW!"

"Who are you?! Tell me your name, NOW!" He heard her before he saw the mutated goose. He swung his head around to see who was making all the racket. Blood and entrails dripped down from his jaws, forming a pool on the ground. Beady red eyes narrowed as they regarded the newcomer with great distaste. What a weird looking gembound. He didn’t care who they were but the bear didn’t appreciate being interrupted during his meal. He was also suspicious that this creature was trying to steal his rabbit. “Zeus is Zeus,” He replied in a grumpy growl. He grabbed the rest of the rabbit’s carcass protectively with his large paws and let out a furious roar at the goose’s face, droplets of blood splattering out. “This is Zeus’ food!” He snarled. “Go away!” "Zeus speaks" 'Zeus thinks'

@Blackberry so sorry about the long wait and the crappy post :( RL has been busy and my brain’s a mush right now.

She had never heard the name before, but it didn't matter. She glared at the dead rabbit and turned her head away. "Why should I care about your dusty old rabbit? I'm not here for food. I'm here for you!" She snarled and the claws on her stomach opened menacingly as she began to stalk forward.

"You...I saw you! I saw you in hell! Your claws tore me and you laughed, you laughed with everyone as the pulled me apart, bit by bit by tiny little bit! They shall all pay for what they've done. You shall pay! I'll taste your blood!"

With a screech, she laughed herself forward, throwing out her sharp talons to scourge across the bear's face. Yes, he would pay with blood, he would bleed until his life soaked into the stone and coated her feathers.
