Asimona stumbled into the tunnel, the world spinning around her. Blood dripped and stained her silvery hide and pain laced her every movement. Whatever the moose had done to her, it wasn't sitting well. She couldn't even fly anymore, she felt so weak. She didn't know if that was from the poison or from blood loss. Either way, she was in a lot of pain and had a bunch of pretty bad wounds.
Before she knew it, her feet fell out from under her and slid to the ground, feeling something cold and wet touch her wounds. She tried to focus, but her head was spinning. As if to try and calm her down, she felt the chill around her grow colder and it soothed her torn skin and settled her mind a little bit. Enough to see where she was.
She was back in the tunnel where it all started, where she had hatched and played in the snow with Faelan. She was surrounded by ice and snow and cold. It felt so natural, so wonderful against her hot, wounded skin. She reached forward and dragged herself farther into the merciful chill, cringing as her body screamed in protest. She flopped into a deep bank and let herself sink into the snow. She let the weariness tug at her until she fell into an uneasy sleep.

Many times during her slumber, Asimona woke up with a cry of pain as her wound flared angrily before falling right back asleep. She heard so many voices screaming in her ear, some familiar, some distant, and some that tugged at her mind with thorn sharp claws. She curled in her sleep, staining the white snow red and tried to forget about everything, Tried to distance herself from the world. But it didn't work.
She suddenly heard a screaming voice in her ear, loud and furious. "WAKE UP, FACE ME!! LOSER!! COWARD!!" Her eyes snapped open and she whipped her head towards the loud creature. She found herself faced with a massive silver dragon with rage in her eyes. Her tongue flicked furiously from her teeth and her huge muscles rippled with fury. Asimona shrunk beneath her glare.
"You lost! You lost to a couple of idiots! A moost and a goose! You are a dragon, you pathetic creature! You are a disappointment to our kind! You deserve to be suffering these wounds, you deserve everything!"
Drool dripped from her jaws as she screamed her words in Asimona's face, every sound sinking deeper and deeper into heart, dragging her further down. Her eyes widened as tears threatened to spill over. Why was she being like this? What had she ever done to her? Who was she?
The silver dragon spat at her face and turned to stalk away. "You should never have hatched," she snarled. "You're worthless."
Asimona scrambled up, anger now burning in her chest, ready to face the dragon and challenge her words, but she was gone, disappeared.
With a groan, she slunk back on the ground, hurt in more ways then physical. She didn't know why the stranger's words stung so much, but they did. And it was unbearable. She turned her head away and closed her eyes, trying to sleep or wake up from this nightmare, if she was having one. She didn't know what to do.

Asimona didn't know when she had fallen asleep, only that she did. When she was conscious again, she found that her entire body as covered with ice. Had she cast a spell in her slumber? Or had it been so long that ice had just completely covered her body?
With a great heave, she stood and cracked the ice to allow herself to move. Using her wings, she shattered what was left and shook it off of her skin. As soon as it was gone, an extreme, penetrating cold pierced through her skin. It felt like it had always been there, just numbed by the intense chill of the ice.
She shivered. She couldn't remember ever being cold like this before. She didn't like it. She didn't ever want to be this cold. She was an ice dragon after all, she wasn't meant to be cold! She slowly sunk to the ground and curled up to preserve her warmth, the cold sinking deeper and deeper into her thick skin.

"I'm here, Asimona, I'm here with you."
Asimona looked up and leaped to her feet, heart racing. She felt a presence brush against her side and she looked down, but there was nothing there. At first, she thought it was the red dragon that was speaking, but the evil, oppressive aura he emitted was nowhere to be found. Instead, she felt a sense of peace and serenity wash over her, something that was most welcome now.
A wave of weakness coursed through her again and her head began to throb. She collapsed to the ground, the wound on her chest stinging as it touched the stone. She pressed a claw against it, realizing that she had never dressed it, and a small patch of ice formed around the ripped flesh, almost like a cold heart. She breathed out at the cool relief.
"See? You can do it. Believe in yourself."
She looked up, the voice coming from right in front of her, and she was met with shining, light blue eyes. Another dragon, but much smaller then those she had seen before. Brown, covered with stripes matching her lovely irises. Her skin a leathery hide, much like Asimona's own and her eyes filled with love. "Who are you," Asimona breathed. The dragon's eyes flashed with fear. "You don't know me?"
Asimona shook her head. Sadness flooded her vision and tears crept into her eyes. "Oh, I see. That is...heartbreaking to hear." Asimona was confused. She had never seen this dragon in her life. Why was it acting like she should have? She was about to speak again, but the brown dragon disappeared.

Asimona whipped around, trying to find where the dragon had gone. No! She was alone again, trapped in solitude and her pain and misery. She wanted the brown dragon to come back. Without her, the room seemed empty, lifeless, colder then ever. "Please! Come back! W-who are you?"
The peaceful presence tickled against her spine and she looked over her shoulder. The brown dragon stood there, looking guilty, her tail moving cat-like against the ground. "I am sorry for running, I just...I'm your sister. To hear you say that you do not know me is...terrible."
Asimona widened her eyes. No, that was impossible. She couldn't have a sister. She was a gembound! She had hatched from her chrysalis, alone! Well, technically not alone. If she had any siblings, it was Faelan, who had hatched at the same time as her! (even thought he was still older, which still confused her)
She furrowed her brow, suspicion growing in her head. "No you're not. I cannot have siblings. That's not how it works. I have no parents, no family at all. I cannot." The brown dragon shook her head. "It doesn't matter, you are my sister."

This conversation was going nowhere. Asimona turned completely and stood over the brown dragon, starting to get frustrated. "If you are my sister, then tell me how you are. Tell me exactly how I have a sister."
The brown dragon stared up at Asimona and widened her eyes. She tried to back away, but found that she was backed against a wall. "I-I...I can't! I'm just your sister! Please, I'm your sister!" She then suddenly blinked out of existence again.
Asimona whipped around, but she was gone. The presence was starting to vanish and Asimona, angrily, kicked a rock out of frustration. She didn't know what was going on, too much was happening too quickly. And she was still in so much pain. She laid herself carefully onto the ground and rested her head on her claws. "I don't get what's going on."
"I'm your sister, Asimona. Whether its possible or not. I am your sister...
The voice was faint in her ear and Asimona tried to cover the sides of her head. But still, she heard it, deep in her skull. "Go away," she moaned.
"Would you rather I take her place?" It was different now, deeper, darker. The red dragon, his deep voice thrumming at her head. Fear laced in her heart and she scrambled up, her eyes snapping open.

TW in this post for some creepy ass shit. Also mature. Wtf happened.
"Go away." Her voice was firm, but she was terrified. So terrified of him. She didn't know why, but he scared her. So much. He had never done anything, but it felt like he had. Like something terrible had happened between them. Something so awful...terrible. Her head was starting to spin as he got closer and closer.
She backed away until she was pressed against a wall and even them, she pushed against it, getting smaller, until he was bearing over her and she was curled as far away from him as she could get. She wanted to sink into the wall, into the floor, anything to get away from him.
He gave her a smile devoid of emotion and reached out a claw, stroking her cheek. It was like fire on her skin and it made her heart buts out of her chest. A tear rolled down her cheek, a tear that did not go unnoticed by him. He leaned down and, with his hot tongue like soft, wet lava, licked it right off.
She shivered, disgust and hatred rolling through every fiber of her being. She felt filthy, exposed, and very very small. She shut her eyes and curled in on herself, wishing that it would go away, that it would all go away. That everything would end, the world to go dark. Darkness consume and existence shatter to pieces.

TW again, but less creepy.
"Asimona...please...."
She felt a soft claw touch her shoulder and she snapped. Her entire body jerked away and she screamed aloud, leaping to her feet. The brown dragon, the one that called her sister, stepped back with surprise. "A-are you...okay?"
Asimona stared at her, wide-eyed, almost dizzy with emotion as tears rolled freely down her cheeks. She opened her mouth to respond, but no sound came from her throat. She stammered, trying to make some noise, but she seemed incapable of speech right then. So she snapped her jaws and just shook her head, turning away.
She couldn't handle this. She couldn't take this anymore. He had haunted her steps for so long and she could feel the rage, the rage of the armored dragon simmering in the back of her mind. She let out a single sob before collapsing back on the ground, covering her head with her claws.
When she opened her mouth again, she managed to stammer out, "I-I'm s-s-so...weak." She felt warmth as her 'sister' settled down next to her. "No, no, you're not. You are strong, so strong..."
Anger welled up in Asimona and she whipped around, a snarl rising in her throat. "You don't know! What it feels like, every day! He's haunting my steps and I do nothing but run! Run as far as I can, yet still, he pursues! How do I deal with this? I can't! I can't deal with it!"
She stood and walked away from the dragon, pacing almost anxiously, her tail whipped and her wings constantly shifting. After a moment, she stopped and stared down at her claws. She had killed many things with those claws, those sharp, trusty talons. Even if one of them was now broken, they were still agents of death. Fish and land prey fell victim every day, her claws stripping away their skin, opening their insides, spilling blood across the ground. Could...could they do that to her as well? Could they deliver death to their own body?
"No." She glanced over and saw her standing there, staring firmly into her eyes. "No."
"Yess..." But then, she looked towards the other side and saw the other, the silver dragon, her eyes blazing with delight.
"Can you hear their voice?"

TW again.
"Do it you fool, you weak little fool! Kill yourself and this will all be over! What were you good for anyways?!"
"No, don't listen to her! You mean more then you know, you're stronger then you know!"
Asimona looked between the two, a perfect angel-devil situation that she did not find amusing whatsoever. On one hand, wouldn't it make her more of a coward to leave the world so early? But on the other, things would be easier.
Looking at her 'sister', it wouldn't be right to go and leave the people she loved behind. But...did anyone truly love her back? Was she feared more then loved? She didn't know, she couldn't know. And it made her terrified to think about.
The two continued to argue, compelling her to either do it or to back down and it was giving Asimona a huge headeache, until she felt it again. He was coming back, his presence getting larger and darker.
"SHUT UP," she screamed, stress bringing more tears into her eyes and speeding her heart until it was hammering in her chest. She whipped around, her head waving as she tried to find him, but he was nowhere. The other two had disappeared as well. The world seemed darker, duller, colder. She shivered where she stood. Not again, not again, why was he doing this?!
She had to get out of here, she had to leave. Go somewhere else, escape, flee! She didn't care if she was a coward. She didn't care if it made her weak. She couldn't handle being here anymore. Without another thought, she leaped away, sprinting as fast as she could for the end of the tunnel. She needed someone, someone besides the three. She couldn't be alone anymore.
