The she-wolf snorted at the reptile's bad pun, shaking her head and dropping into a battle ready stance. The little beast was quick to act, lunging forward to sink its sharp baby teeth into her leg.

The wolf yelped, surprised by how sharp its teeth were. She swung her leg around, attempting to throw it off, only to find herself thrown off, stumbling.

Hellberry stuck to his guns and kept latching on despite the attempts to throw him off. As soon as Jayberry began to stumble he let go and got ready to attack again.

"I'll see you in Hell!

Hellberry quickly spun around as quickly as he could and whipped Jayberry as hard as possible with his little tail, trying to make Jayberry fall over. As soon as he felt his tail hit, he moved back so he was out of the way in case she did fall.

"Very funny!" the she-wolf snapped, not finding his repeated puns so funny. She was relieved when he finally released her leg, feeling as though she had been pierced by thorns.

This Gemling was quickly proving himself to be a fierce fighter, small as he ma ybe. The lash of his tail against her leg was painful, but little more than a stinging pain. She lunged forward, attempting to grab his tail to throw him, only for it to slip pass her fangs by a thin margin.

Hell watched as Jayberry tried to bite his tail. He laughed softly, as if he was going to allow such a thing to happen! He launched forward again, aiming for Jayberry's left shoulder, he was going to damage it too much, but he would give it a bit of a sting. Luckily, he was successful. He bit down on the shoulder and dug his teeth in then let go and moved back.

"Is this the best you've got? Come on now, I'm not even trying my hardest! If this is the best you've got, there's no way in HELL you can beat me for real!"

He laughed loudly and watched Jayberry closely. Hellberry was loving this fight so far, it was fun, it was intense, it was thrilling. Even if it were just a practice battle, it didn't matter.

The wolf snapped her fangs in frustration, unable to do more than watch as the little Gemling lunged at her, sinking his teeth into her shoulder.

She growled loudly, and shook herself, watching as he dropped to the ground. An idea struck her, and she lunged forward, tucking her leg under her and more or less rolling on top of the crocodile. She couldn't risk using her teeth on him, but this might stun him for just a moment.

Hellberry watched Jayberry careful, however he did not expect her to come at him the way she did. She rolled at him, trying to crush him, luckily she only barely got him, rolling onto him for a second or so before he managed to get back up. He winced in pain but he was still fight worthy.

”We’re meant to be fighting, not rolling on the ground like a fat pig!”

While Jay was on the floor, he took advantage again, going in for another bite, this time aiming for her tail. He was gonna show her how it was really done!

Jay growled at the crocodile's taunting, grunting lowly when she finally felt an attack land, even if only barely. His scales were uncomfortable beneath her, but not painful enough to make her run.

Before she could get fully to her feet, she squealed loudly as fangs sunk into her tail. Spinning, she attempted to throw him off, but his needle-like teeth held fast.

Hellberry laughed as he let go of her tail and stood back. His red red eyes focused on Jayberry and he launched again, this time going for his right side, aiming to sink his teeth in.

Jayberry whirled to face Hell once he let go of her tail, flashing her fangs with a rumbling snarl. It took all she had to keep from going for his vulnerable stomach, to keep from gutting him and tearing him apart and scattering him across the tunnel. But mother would be furious, and so she restrained herself.

Instead, she waited until his teeth had sought purchase in her side. She buckled her right legs, and toppled over on top of the crocodile. When she had finished her roll, she leaped to her feet, attempting to dislodge him.

Hell sunk his teeth into her side but the moment he did she tried to crush him again. He let go just as she started and tried to move out the way, but she still got him. She rolled over his tail, crushing it slightly, he gave a little roar of pain and quickly moved away. His blood red eyes stared at her. He gave her a toothy grin, this battle was fun but now it was over. Honestly, it was a piece of cake for him. He enjoyed it so much, he wanted more of it. That taste in his mouth, that blood, it was delicious, he loved the taste. He loved the thrill of battle, he loved it all!

”That battle was thrilling, the taste of blood, sinking my teeth into flesh, I loved every bit of it!”

He smiled with a toothy grin. Yes, this place had exactly what he needed. It was fun, he liked it all already.
