MAGICKA LEVEL 100%
RESTORED TO 100%

Kera liked Polaris. It always made her feel a little more energized-- but if it was the energy or the memories flooding back of turning the lights on, Kera never quite knew. It didn't entirely matter, though. Even if the Spire was a little scary sometimes, with it's crackling, unstable magicka, Kera liked it here.
Everyone did, probably. Unless they'd been spited in it before.
The wolf was making her rounds around the cave-- a process that usually took several days. After taking along rest in Orion, Kera made her way up here. The first place she wanted to visit was the Spire itself. She almost forgot what it looked like; though as soon as it came into view, it was hard to imagine how.
As tall, intimidating, and potentially unstable as the first time she'd seen it, the Spire stood in all it's glory before her, sparking with pale blue electricity and pouring light onto the caves around her. It was mesmerising to watch.
So, Kera watched.
She padded a distance away-- wary that she might get shocked if she got too close. She settled herself down, got comfortable, and eyeballed the spire as it went around its business.
If such a thing could have a business, that is.

MAGICKA LEVEL 97%
RESTORED TO 100%
Wilder, on the other hand, was wary about Polaris. She avoided it if she could, and tried to stay in caves as far away as possible, to keep herself away from the influences of the Spire. But now she was back, and by complete accident, nonetheless. She'd gone through Tunnel N, just as the Collector had told her to, but nobody was there. Just a lot of garbage. It almost looked like the floor of Canis, but all the bones and decay were much more fresh. She was confused and disappointed that she couldn't get to the last part of her mission. She'd have to wait, then, for the Bloodberries to reappear.
And where did that tunnel lead her? Polaris. Right near the Spire. As soon as she saw the blue light, she turned away with a terrified mewling noise. But she'd continued further, careful to avert her eyes. The magic was overwhelming, especially since she had spent so much time in Canis, the farthest away from this place as possible. How had she spent so much time in here before?
She realized that he old home was nearby. A little cave she had found and lined with a nest. She wanted to go and find it again, just for the memory's sake. And maybe to rest here for a while while she waited.
She followed old paths she remembered, still keeping her head fixed firmly to the ground until she came upon the entrance, it was a small burrow-like cave, partially underground. She was just about to disappear into the entrance when she couldn't help herself. She glanced up.
Just for a second, she looked at the Spire. It didn't do much, but she saw the silhouette of something standing there. A figure blocking out a small portion of its light. She looked away again, before anything could happen, but now she was curious about the figure.
She tried to contact it with her magic, but perhaps it was her fear of the Spire or the large amount of magic that she wasn't fully adjusted to. The magic didn't catch so she sighed. She'd have to go right up if she wanted to find anything out.
She started forward, looking down and squeezing her eyes shut for good riddance. She went perhaps a little faster then she should have, almost bounding up to the figure, losing track of exactly where she was until her tiny head struck something soft and fluffy. She bounced back with a soft "oof!" and tumbled away. She'd run right into Kera backside.
"Oops, I'm sorry," she meowed as she scrambled back to her feet, still looking down. She shook her head, which was ringing a bit from the impact.
