Wilder had gone straight to Pisces from the tunnel in Canis. It had taken her a while, considering how far away Pisces was from Canis, but she was here now, among the water and the roaring waterfall. She'd only been in here once before so the chill of the cave was a little surprising. Still, she was where she needed to be. Apparently.

"Hello?" she called out into the cave, not really sure where to start. "I'm looking for an ice bird." With a small flick of magic, she sent her voice whispering across the cave, sounding in the corners, a little garbled, but at least audible. She had no idea exactly where the ice bird was, nor what its name was, but Skahan had said he was in here somewhere.

A small whisper came to him within the depths of the lagoon, but it was clear enough that he could understand someone was looking for him. An ice bird, anyway; he could only assume it was himself. With care he ascended to the surface, having learned from his drenching of previous visitors to rise slowly. It took him a few moments to rise completely and breach the water, but he anchored himself to the wall of the lagoon with his talons and had only his head and neck peek above the water.

"Hello," he greeted her warmly from the lagoon, making sure to match his voice to her distance. "I am Tenzin, ice-phoenix of Pisces."

When Skahan had said that there was an ice bird in Pisces, she had expected a bird. Like, a bird that flew. So she had been looking up, as if waiting for some bird to descend from the sky. But then the water in the lagoon shifted and a great bird's head peaked out and Wilder had to reevaluate everything she knew about birds. Did they fly? Did they swim? Did they do both? Who knows! This bird certainly swam and, like Skahan, it was gigantic!

The little kitten's eyes opened wide with awe. "W-o-w, you are big! And you swim! Do all birds swim? I thought they could fly! Can you fly too?" They were question she couldn't help but ask but then she shook herself, determined to stay on track. She came here for a reason!

"Hi Tenzin, I'm Wilder!" A couple of wisps popped into existence next to her at the sound of her name and perhaps because of her excitement at meeting such a huge bird. "Do you know Skahan? He needs something to go home! He thought you'd be able to help!"

Her excitement was amusing and he could not help but smile at her questions. "It is nice to meet you, Wilder," Tenzin greeted. "Some birds can swim," he said, "Sometimes it is not real swimming, but using the water—but birds who can swim freely, cannot always fly." He had seem them before, with wings more like fins. "I am one who cannot freely swim, but can freely fly." Using ice to seal himself at the bottom of the lagoon and floating to the top couldn't really be called swimming, he thought.

"Hmm, Skahan," he recalled the name of the architect but did not know what she meant by 'going home' in this context. "Did he say what it was he needed?" Perhaps if she could be more specific, he might be able to help.

Wilder tried to think about what Tenzin was saying - some birds could fly but not swim. Some birds could swim but not fly? But he was swimming! It looked like he was! He was in water and not splashing around like she always did in water so obviously he was swimming! But her ignorance was not the point of concern with this visit so she kept it to a simple "Wow! It must be hard living in water!"

She smiled and nodded her head. "He said he wanted to go home!" she repeated. "He said that they were keys or something! He said his home is sealed and the orbs would open it again!" She did a small hop out of sheer excitement for this whole ordeal. She was really really excited to see how pretty the blue orb would be - the fire one had been really cool! - and to see Skahan's home. And, of course, so that he could be happy in his home! That was the most important part!
