Wilder heard the tiniest noise from Squick and it began to crawl to the back of her mouth. When it started pushing she had to surpress a reflexive gag and quickly finished the job, swallowing the worm so it would settled comfortably back in her stomach.

Once she had swallowed a few more times, she leaned down and picked up the pearl, as well as the orange claw, and trotted away, back towards where the Bonebound were. They would help her keep it safe, surely.
