Zavenlora walked with the grace of a noble deer. Except she wasn't a deer, she was a proud and tall maned wolf. Her stubby and chubby puppy body, transformed into the tall slender body of her adult species. Her (British) accent became noble and elegant. She decided to sit down, and groom herself. She always wanted to look impeccable, gorgeous. She was an adult, and wanted to look attractive, and elegant. She was a cunning creature, much different from her puppyhood days. The sorceress was an adult now. With that adulthood, came change in the young maned wolf. She was the sorceress who would never act as innocent as she was as a puppy.

Wherever Zavenlora was, Shiro wasn't there. He wasn't wandering around or looking for food - no, he was curled up in his cave, as usual, far from where Zavenlora was grooming herself. Barely a hole in the wall that was too small to fit his body. Perhaps it had as a puppy, but certainly not anymore, with his head resting on the frame of the opening. It didn't seem to bother him, however, as he was deep in warm, comfortable, blissful sleep.

If Zavenlora wandered further into Polaris she might eventually come upon the sleeping fox. But for now, he was nowhere in sight.
