Another day saw the leopard cub wasting away in the same spot she'd hatched in. Though it wasn't like she could move at all.

Things were better, though. Much better. Attikias came by to give her jerky sometimes and tell her stories - small ones, about his life, what he'd done the day before, but it never got boring. She listened and commented on it as much as she could, stored away all that information for stories in the future. To relive herself, maybe, or to tell others. Because she might as well give something back if others were going to give to her.

Today was...fairly average, if she was honest. She wasn't panicking, at least, she wasn't particularly hungry or thirsty, and she wasn't feeling stir-crazy. She was getting used to this, however depressing that was. She sighed and stared out at Polaris, eyes moving down to look at the ground, tossing pebbles around to pass the time until her friend returned.

When Esther arrived to Polaris, a creature encased in crystals was the last thing they expected to see. Purple encased the spotted cub, and Esther didn't quite understand how someone could be shielded like that. Walking closer on springly legs, eyeing at the animal.

"You look cool!" They said, to the leopard.

Yes, Seshat looked cool, amazing, really. But Esther wondered if they could even move like that. Maybe not, but they still looked cool nonetheless! Imagine, being a crystal like structure, like a statue, being amazing looking and worshiped by all. Okay, maybe that was a stretch. But still!
