So, there has been a lot of plots happening in Maji Walezi. More specifically with Leon and Cancer. Long story short they got into a fight and Cancer attempted to murder Leon. Makyna (who is my character in MW) used hindsight on Leon and saw this scene unfold so she has elected that a trial happen where Cancer is tried for attempted murder. This is where your characters come in. Since this is such a serious issue the members of Maji Walezi alone won't be enough to convict Cancer, they need a larger audience to help decide the case.

So...

Who would like to sign up for jury duty with their character to listen in on the case and help decide what is to happen to Cancer? :3

Fisher cannot be on Jury duty as he will be a witness, probably.

Bevy is prob going to be the Judge because almost everyone else with a rank is directly involved with the case and also she wants to be the judge.

Tal'at can come by and be on the jury, but I'd rather include more people so only if nobody signs up <3

Hynd could be on the jury (if you're OK with smelling like pee).

Dark can be a juror, but he may be more of a durr-er. His mind is maturing but I haven't had the chance to RP that out; he could be sufficiently logical to be on the jury, though.

Is the verdict oocly open for any result?

Mau could be Jury :> She's vindictive and unrelated, but a member of the alliance, so this could be what brings her by.

Also, the verdict will be completely dependent on IC instances, but Cancer will be leaving MW either way, at least for a time. Even if he's found not guilty, he'll be leaving to get away from Leon and Makyna until things blow over completely.

Knowing that, however, please be unprejudiced when observing the case. The staff will be watching to make sure there's no OOC to IC assumptions, especially with all the planning going on behind the scenes. Mistakes can happen. :) Be careful.

Agreed! <3 I want the trial to go exactly without biases, please make sure your character votes only dependent on the trial and their own personal opinions. 8) It could go either way, certainly!

Alright, I'll add you guys to the list :3 And yes. Nothing is predetermined, it's all up to the character and what the hear about the case.
