Sun had not been in Eridanus more than a week or two. He wasn’t exactly sure how long it had been. He had been spending most of his time finding fruit bearing trees and edible leaves for himself while he wired for Daddy to finish working on the garden and get everything set up here in Eridanus. Sun liked it here a whole lot more. There were plenty of trees for him to climb and so many new things to see. He had been doing a lot around here since he had come to stay here in Eridanus.

Sun was swinging through the upper branches of the trees as he moved easily through them. His nimble hands grasping each branch effortlessly as he swung from one branch to another and finally coming to a wide clearing the Gibbon swung down to the trunk of a tree that he slid down to the ground from. Daddy had fashioned him a sling to keep his stick in while he moved through the trees and reaching the ground he pulled it out and came to stand upright. Now the little gibbon waddled towards his objective that he had seen the day before. The two large pools of water. He of course had no idea how to swim but he did want to get a closer look at them. And so the young gibbon wandered closer to the twin crystal pools. His emerald eyes taking in their sight. It was beautiful and he was completely lost watching the fish in the water.

Comet had been missing Sun and Aristotle a lot ever since she had left with James. There had been a massive hole in her heart ever since her family had split. Every night she woke up due to the unfamiliarity of not having Sun snuggled next to her, his comforting hugs helping her sleep when she had nightmares.

But today, today she was happy. The pup bounced through Eridanus, looking around for any signs of a lion or gibbon. She had heard that they had moved from Orion to Eridanus, which wasn't a bad decision. Eridanus was one of her favorite caves!

Her paws eventually carried her to The Eyes. The very place that she had hatched, and not soon after, been found by Aristotle and Sun. There was someone there this time though, that looked familiar. "Sun?" Comet called out, unsure at first. "Sun!" Not waiting for a confirmation, the pup barreled over to where the gibbon was sitting... and almost fell into the water. She caught herself just in time to slide to a stop at the very edge.

Sun sat with his back to most everything, his emerald eyes watching the fish swim about in the crystal clear waters. He had never seen fish before. The creeks in Orion were nowhere near deep enough to house fish. But here they were abundant and beautiful with their shifting colors.

Sitting as he was the gibbon had not been expecting anyone to be coming looking for him. Daddy had gone quiet only talking when he needed something, or when Sun needed to do something for him. They still slept together but even that time was coming to a close as Daddy had decided to make him his own room after Daddy and Renny had separated, daddy had decided he wanted to be alone more than he was with others. He seemed more distant. He didn’t seem like himself anymore.

Soon the gibbon was pulled from his own musings and thoughts. A voice soft at first from behind. It called his name in a familiar tone. He perked up ever so slightly though he kept from wanting to get his hopes up. They hadn’t seen each other in so long he wasn’t sure it was actually her. Then she appeared at his side very nearly tumbling into the pool of water. ”Comet!” Sun cried cheerfully. ”What are you doing here?” The gibbon questioned his adopted sister.

The ever so comforting voice rang out through the clearing. It brought back happy memories, of the times before Aristotle and James had split up. And so had Comet and Sun. "I'm came looking for you! And you're here! What have you been doing?" Her tail immediately started to thump on the ground, she couldn't believe it, it really was Sun! She sneezed from the dust that her tail stirred up, but she couldn't get it to stop.

Adventuring around with James had been plenty of fun, but he had seemed very tired ever since the split. He hadn't had much energy to do things, and often looked lonely. But playing around with the gibbon was different, and much more crazy! Wrestling, running around, or just over all doing silly stuff.

As Comet waited for Sun's response, she looked through his fur, eating the few bugs that were there.
