A smirk slowly crossed her face, and her boredom seemed to have found a cure.

"You know nothing of respect," she purred, "I am the Queen of Lies and my advice is not to be taken lightly, Amaryllis."

The Queen leaned in and narrowed her eyes, "If you wish to have the favor of the Court, you will show nothing but respect as a guest in our home. Otherwise... punishment will be due."

If the spell she cast had been any stronger, she'd have killed the cub. As it were, she would wish she had. Her bacteria flourished, the cub's immune system going haywire, the bacteria causing it to attack the body instead. Swelling and inflammation would occur, and then pain.

"And you really ought to start paying attention," she hissed.

There were eyes in the trees, chittering from her companions. Watching, observing.

"We'll know you from now on as Emptiness," she hissed, "Caution is due, little cub."

Mary snorted at her companion. ”I know plenty you just don’t deserve mine. Scolding someone for something they don’t know. You don’t know respect or kindness.” The girl retorted with little thought of how her words could affect things. ”It’s better to be underestimated that way you can always surprise others.” She responded again, she knew that just because you were underestimated or taken lightly didn’t mean that it was true. You could always prove to be better than what others thought.

”I was being nice! You were the one who got mean first! I just defended myself!” The girl responded angrily, clearly not happy about being scolded for something they had started. Mary yelped as she felt the spell cast on her, she backed up shaking her head and growled. ”You better watch yourself squishy!” The girl growled as she began to slowly make her way out. ”Hurt me again and I’ll leave scars on that pretty body and face of yours!” The girl threatened, she had made an enemy and she would make it due course that they would pay for the pain they had caused that day. She would come back with stronger magic, she would use her magic to make the vermin queen pay.

With that Mary took her leave making her way deeper into Pegasus. She would find Renny and have him help her on her way home. He would make her pay for hurting her. She had been friendly until The… The… The Bitch had been mean to her! What had she expected the girl to do just stand there and take it?

The Queen watched her go and narrowed her eyes. That poor girl would have sores and puffy extremities for a while. Good.

"Making enemies is never a smart thing to do," she cooed, "Though it's to be expected of one named Emptiness."

She turned and headed back to her nest to nap, humming softly, not a care in the world. Well, maybe one care, but not for Amaryllis.
