V-Chaos-Two was not the type of gembound to nap around. Despite their soft demeanor and soft... body, they were a hard worker even when trying very hard to stay away from the person they were kind of working for.

So right now they were sitting down- wait. I just said they were a hard worker- aND they were working on their spear. The vines wrapped around the head were coming loose and they didn't want to hit someone and have a spearhead go flying off in a random direction. Sure, they still had the rest of their staff, but having a sharp, pointy stick was better than a blunt one.

They bit off the end of the vine and wrapped it tight, making sure that it was nice and secure when they finished and tied it off. They wiggled it to make sure it was steady, thanking themselves for the idea of putting notches in the end and using notches in the stone to keep it all in place.

For a moment they just sat there, holding the spear in their lap as they stared out across Pegasus, melancholy in their features as they looked back towards Draco, towards their inevitable doom. May as well appreciate the landscape before they died.

... Maybe they ought to keep the morbid jokes to a minimum, that one wouldn't be very appreciated by Khavur...

With their back turned to the forest, anything could sneak up on them at that moment.
