Can you believe how long it's been..? So many characters have come and gone, so many groups banded together and drifted apart; so many lore secrets have been hinted at, uncovered or revealed... And so many of our poor Gembounds learned to read!

Though the site is in a slow period, Game Masters still have a great deal planned for the coming months. Expect to see
big changes in Hydra, a number of site-wide events springing up, and the resolution of a number of longstanding stories! If you haven't already, feel free to jump into

fantaaaastic in-character prizes.

Anniversary Event here! In The Wishing Stone, characters may post (once a day!) with their deepest desires. Some wishes may be granted; at other times, the stone will offer a seemingly random gift, instead! Players will also receive an OOC mystery gift once per day (regardless of how many characters they post). IC gifts may include enchanted items, spells, guaranteed revivable gemstones, and more; OOC gifts (once per day) include magicka, spell borrows, Rare and Mutation Slots, and very rare Winner's Choices, or GM-designed Valkhound/Order Drone characters! OOC gifts can be redeemed on any of the player's characters!

A New Leaf: Part II, in which Nemean has challenged all comers to win back her help, and her helpful magic, by taking part in Carnival games! It's already absolute chaos, and it's still going!
Origin's
Member of the Month is Nemesis: playing such favorites as the magically flashy, determinedly stouthearted Fahl, the equally determined sleuth bird-hawk East and the absolutely indescribable (really) Karambit, this MotM is one well-earned!
