Child Name: TBD
Gender: TBD
Species: Barasingha x Deinocornus
Appearance:

This child will be a good mix of both parents. Its height comes from the Deinocornus, being exactly 5 feet tall, holding all the brawn the lizard has despite being mostly deer-shaped. It has the scales, spikes, claws, and tail of the deinocornus as well - the tail so long that it drags on the ground behind the deer-like creature. It has sharp teeth, the canines coming out of the lip and down just like the Deinocornus itself does (not shown in the art bc its not done). Colors are of the Deinocornus variety as well. The main thing that stands out from this creature is the deer antlers sprouting from the head instead of the Deinocornus horns. It has the one on the tip of the nose, but otherwise itttl be deer antlers.

Element: Prokaryote
Stone: Red Carnelian

Says not explicit bc I took it from discord lol

African Lion taestii

#3
OOC Name: Taestii :D
Character Name: Tipu
Gender: Fluid
Species: Barasingha x Flying Pitch Rat
Stone: Green Pargasite (on head/horns)

Appearance:
Tipu's general figure is that of a deer. His body is slender, with long legs that give him almost all of his height- around 35 cm. He is smaller than most cervine, thanks to his rodent stone giver. Still, his face is shaped like that of a deer. His ears are large and almond in shape, his fur mostly varying shades of the same dull brown that his father has. Biologically and physically, he is male- hence the horns- but his voice is quite feminine. High and soft, quiet in nature.

Their rat genetics come into play in the fine details. Tipu's face has six total eyes, three on either side, and they are a bright greenish yellow in color. Their body, while mostly deer, has a predatory arch to it which is only really noticed in certain stances. Thin legs end in paws, more closely formed than a rat's and therefore not prehensile or in any way capable of grabbing. Near his stomach and hindquarters and any other extremities, Tipu's fur lengthens visibly. Hanging below his lips, two frontal fangs line his gums- next to no other teeth, other than the ones meant for grass at the back of his mouth.
Along their back and shoulders, it looks almost as if wings were ripped from his back. In reality, said wings most likely migrated and dispersed in his chrysalis, making for the useless skin that line their spine. This being said, they aren't dead weight- Tipu can lift and lower this makeshift fin, typically unintentionally with any strong emotions. His tail, almost the length of his entire body, is formed much more normally. Fully intact and actually somewhat useful, it aids in their balance in climbing, running, or even swimming.

Tipu's gem, green pargasite, is essentially a thin plate underneath his skin at the back of his head. Said plate branches out, surfacing mostly in his horns and in two small smooth prongs that come before them. Because of his stone's location throughout his horns, he doesn't shed them at all and they lack both size and prongs. They're quite brittle and would likely be easy to snap off when they fully form later in his life... so..

Hybrid Snail

#5
Child Name: Tova
Gender: Eh
Species: Barasingha x Slinky
Appearance:
Elegant and surprisingly draconic in nature, this beast is a sight to behold. They are a nice 69 inches at the shoulder, with a body length of 8 ft and a muscular tail nearly the same length. Their tail almost always drags along the ground, but can make a deadly weapon if need be. Their legs are long and delicate like a deer's, also ending with hooves.

Their long neck leads to a deer-like skull with only a few differences. Their mouth stretches wide into a cat-like grin, full of tiny teeth well suited for tearing apart plant matter- or meat. Their eyes are more forward-facing and bear slit pupils. These eyes are sectorally heterochromatic, with each side of the slit pupil being a different color.

A fur coat covers their body, thickening on the neck and face. Their pelt is capable of changing colors like a chameleon. This will be controlled mostly by emotion and instincts as a child, and they will slowly learn to control it themself as they grow and learn. Their default color is a greyish brown, lighter on the bottom and darker on top riddle with faint striping.
