Celandine was a little terrified of all these new people. half of them had an air of mild annoyance to them and the other half seemed pretty intimidating.

She kinda wishes she had brought Samael with her, though.... she supposes there were invitations for a reason.

So she gravitated to the area with the most... well. color. the kids area. her eyes lit up a little bit at the sight of it, so currently she was sitting, knees to her chest, in the ballpit, with her new sunhat pulled to obscure the top of her face.

she didn't know what she expected, but hardly that it would be so crowded so soon.

she looked... not scared, per se, just nervous. apprehensive, anxious, etc. didn't help she didn't know how to talk to anyone quite yet, and even if she did, well...

the faint buzzing of invisible wings sounded behind her.

This was it - this was her peak. This is where life was worth living and everything and everyone was redeemed; Though at 1 cycle old, the worst she had seen was mud stuck to her fur and a frown stuck to a face. She was already in the ballpit, but a couple layers underneath. This is generally ill advised for numerous reasons, suffocation being one - but she was living and breathing, so what was there to worry about?

Still, one must surface. So she did, with gusto, sending multi-coloured spheres skipping across the surface. But behold! A creature! She had happened to surface to Celandine's right, fairly close as well - A beast closer to her size, which was a rarity in most situations. "HELLO!" The magic of the ball pit was getting to her - she found herself filled with energy barely restrained.
