Well, his jaw can open wider than a jackal’s ever could. His teeth are all sharp as can be, with his canine teeth being a bit longer. And his tongue is too long to belong to a jackal. He has an unnerving uncanniness. He does not have any pheromones to relax his prey.

Both his claws and teeth bear a venom which causes an extreme euphoric feeling, a sensation which can be addictive. He can only consume blood, and he will be unable to keep down anything solid. Liquids are consumable for him, but they provide no real sustenance if not blood.

All his physical senses are heightened to such a degree as to be overwhelming at times.

This child emerges looking rather like an awkward leopard cub with a canine head--but upon closer inspection, there's something odd about it. Its fur looks like spun gold: oddly metallic and reflective, a strange inheritance of its jackal father's mutation. This is cloaked with a black-backed jackal's coal-colored mantle, and studded with leopard's spots from snout to tail-tip. Creamier hues dominate its legs, belly, and throat. A black Apache's Tear Obsidian sits like a third, void eye in the center of its forehead. Powerful feline legs and paws with retractable claws allow for easy climbing of anything it can dig into; a long feline tail offers a counterbalance, but is fringed beneath like a jackal's tail. The creature is a typical leopard size: just over two feet tall at the shoulder, weight a little under one hundred pounds.
