With so much love given to Chaos this anniversary season, Dark and I have decided to raffle out some Drones as well. We love Mother, too!

Drone 017 Banshee

This creature stands, when upright and fully extended, about ten feet tall. This extends to thirteen or more
long when skittering on its side. Its skin is translucent white. None of the tentacles have suckers; instead, they are filled with cnidocytes (stinging cells) that impart a venom that causes agonizing, debilitating pain that tapers off over about an hour (but no long-term effects).
The main jaw is capable of fully closing, the wrinkled skin there pressing together to hide the main, powerful jaw. The two humanoid "heads" are facades, but both can speak and use relatively limited facial expression in communication. They may turn one hundred eighty degrees to fully face each other and "kiss" while the main jaw is closed. These heads have high-pitched, soft voices; the main head has a much deeper voice. Most of this creature's anatomy is perfectly and symmetrically mirrored; when it scuttles about on all fours, it uses those mirrored legs *and* arms as legs, but it takes a lot of effort to move quickly given the joint configuration. It's much more graceful when vertical.
The pincers on the feet are extremely strong, capable of shearing through thinner bones (anything less than an inch across), and the 'claws' on the forelimbs are sharp, but flexible, capable of bending slightly.

Drone 018 Architect

At a glance, one would think this creature little more than a rather large, fat caterpillar about two and a half feet around in diameter and a mere eight feet long. Half of its face is buried in its own exoskeleton, and its overall shape isn't the most aerodynamic or suited for running quickly.
It doesn't need to be a good escapist, though; merely an architect for its fellow Hive.
The rolls that make up this creature are a dense, rubbery material that covers the dorsal side of its exoskeleton. It's difficult to sink one's choice of weaponry into this material, and its underbelly is translucent and easy to tear while loose, so this creature tends to keep itself grounded; stretching out to its full length of twenty feet only while it is attempting to cross a large gap and constructing a bridge or another structure.
By compressing all its vital organs into its dorsal spine and rapidly producing crystalline resin, the creature is able to "print" a solid tube within its own body, in whatever shape it presently is arranged into.
It is not a pretty process, requiring the Drone to essentially regurgitate the tube inch-by-inch, crawling backward with the assistance of the three strong tendril-feelers at the end of each of its many feet. This process is exhausting and risky for it to execute in full (no matter how swift it may be), and it tends to be utilized only while in the safety of its Hive or while surrounded by supportive Drones out on the field. It is able to more safely— but more slowly— build using resinous spittle and webbing deposited from its spinnerets.
