Young filly hoof beats could be heard throughout the cavern. The youth having fled her cocoon and wandered out farther than before. The new surroundings far to amazing for her inexperienced eyes to take in all at once. A small whinny of excitement left the young girls lips. She started to canter, her little yet sturdy legs slowly picking up speed. The sound of hooves against rock echoed out through the cavern, accompanied by the soft whinnies of the young girl. Her coat was dried and showed her draft horse form, the bulkiness of her body giving way to just how massive she would be when she got older.

The young one would give a few playful bucks as she cantered, her joyous vocalizations echoing off the cavern walls. She ran by a waterfall, enjoying the sound of water crashing down upon the rocky surface of the walls that encased the place she had been birthed. She managed a small jump over a little pebble, enjoying the freedom she felt from the cocoon that she once deemed a safe haven. Her crystallized shoulder reminding her of where she had come from.

She came to a rest just outside the muggy cavern, what seemed to be the exit to the area. A cool breeze came in and brushed along her small body. Her mind was desperate to see what other adventures lied out there, yet she was afraid of leaving the warmth of the caverns. She settled for nibbling on a few plants she deemed safe to eat. Not quite hungry but rather stalling for time, trying to decide on whether or not to leave the safe haven she had considered home.
