A pitch black stone rested inside one of the shelters made of bone. It had been there for some time, unmoving, not making any sound. It was small, fit for the tiniest of beings. And tiny the feline was.

Rami was aware of their existence. They were awake and sentient, and needing to come out of that chrysalis. The kitty thrashed against their own container, yowling as she did so.

With a loud crash, the black container shattered and the tiny being was set free. Heterochromatic eyes blinked at the bones surrounding them.
