QUESTS/EVENTS
Torrential downpours cause localized flooding and many upset cats. Along with these frequent rain, from gentle drizzles to heavy rainfall, there seems to be a flux of Magicka drawn in particular to water sources. Occasional jet streams of warm air make narrower tunnels harder to navigate. On occasion, the rain intensifies, becoming howling storms with sleet or large hail. However, the temperatures overall are a little warmer, with snow and ice in temperate caves somewhat receding.

Deli
Deli strolled back to the place where they knew the Collector had been before, the reflective magic having worn off some time ago. They hoped that the snail didn't have some crazy magic that could easily break them free, but this whole thing was really a gamble. If not, they were sure their little makeshift prison could hold back a damn snail.
They cleared their throat. "Hey, Collector! Got some good news for ya!" They smiled, bouncing lightly on the balls of their feet. Oh how excited they were for all of this!

"Ahhh, Delirious. With all that is going on in the caves, I had thought I might not see you again for a time." Not with the dog's predeliction for winding up in the thick of things.
Still, tossing 'kidnapping' into the mix of everything else going on almost suited them.
The Collector was approaching from Deli's left, seemingly out of nowhere, keenly attentive: a smile in his words, a soft package, wrapped in dark paper, under one arm.
"Is it done, then..?" he asked. "Who have you taken, and where are they now?"
They snickered as they turned towards the voice. "Ah, well...thought I'd get this done before prancing off to all the new places - besides, who's gonna expect this in the middle of all the craziness?" And, after all, Deli's unpredictability was just another one of their...charms. Sometimes they were in the middle of it all, while others times they were doing their own thing. When they did either was always up in the air.
They eyed the package that the Collector held in one arm and their grin widened, eyes sparkling with excitement. "Of course. Wouldn't'a come back if it wasn't! Found a new little group - they call themselves the Voidcrawlers. Thought it was silly at first, but they all seem blindly loyal to their leader - who just so happens to be an easily transportable snail! I snagged her and hid her in the wall!" They pointed in the direction of where they'd hid the snail. "The Bonebound are gonna get a fun little surprise when her little cult come banging on their door!" Metaphorical door, of course, Deli wasn't sure that they really...had and "entrance" but their point was made.

Quiet, but delighted chuckling, then. "Ahh, a little cult, hmm-? My, Delirious, you do know how to pick your targets. That sounds rather fun--a good thing I have front-row seats. Ahh... That is to say," (surely Deli hadn't been to the fights--they were far too young) "I am in a prime place for observation, hmm?"
The Collector swept closer, holding out the package, crimson eyes glinting with greed, and with glee. "The contract will be fulfilled when your ransom is delivered. Then, this loan shall become your, dare I say prized, possession." And then he offered it to Deli.
"Best of luck, Delirious. I look forward to watching you work."

Spymaster's Guise
A long, black hooded cloak with a worn and tattered hem. Each creature the wearer touches is remembered, and the wearer can--so long as they wear the cloak--assume their form at will. Image and voice will be perfectly imitated--but the wearer will always be surrounded by a faint aura of red light, giving them away in darkness and marking something as off.. Forms of magic detection and senses may uncover the disguise.

Deli was delighted that the Collector liked their choice so much. They could see this going well - and, more importantly, they could see this being hilarious. "It does, doesn't it? Can't wait to watch it all go down." The glee and greed twinkling in the Collector's eyes was mirrored in Deli's. They waited through his short instructions, every second stretching and stretching, leaving Deli more and more impatient, despite the fact that he only spoke for a few seconds.
Once it was finally offered to them, they forced themselves to slowly accept the package, tearing it open as soon as they had it. The black cloak spilled out and their grin widened as they looked at it. "Excellent," they whispered, swinging it over their shoulders. They'd never worn clothes before, but this felt comfortable over their body, if a little long and flowy for their taste. Still, fashion wasn't the main concern with this - they were far more interested in its magical properties.
"I'll be back, then," they snickered. "We can watch the fire together!" With a last chuckle and wave, they turned and trotted towards the Bonebound, tail wagging furiously beneath the cloak. This was going to be so much fun!
