Well, I have East, a detective birb. I don't know exactly how we could thread to start though, at least not until the current one I'm involved in has concluded. He's part of an ongoing investigation storyline right now that you can read about here.

For a character that isn't mine that might interest you, maybe talk to Snail. They have this group they're trying to start whose main goal is leaving the caves, led by @Ariah the canary. A fellow bird for him to talk to regarding this "sky" that no one has seen besides him and potentially recruit might be cool if Snail's up for it.

I have an older character named Charles that I want to bring back. He's sad and lonely and needs friends if you don't mind a downer having a positive character arc with Vigdis
