    • Xireidi's original self emerges, accidentally exposes self to a powerful neurotoxin, and permanently damages his nervous system, resulting in a drastic personality change and total memory loss. Runs into Kin-Kin as he tries to piece together who he is, making up his new name in the process.

    • Now almost a full Cycle old Xireidi has spent considerable time in Orion adapting to life. After hearing another crack he encounters another newborn, this time a patagonian cavy named Gratia. Xireidi decides to try to help out as best he can and ultimately decides to watch over the newborn until she is no longer in danger of being mistaken for prey.
  • Cycles 2-4
    • Gratia goes missing and Xireidi spends a great amount of time trying to find her again. Heartbroken at the likely possibly being dead at this point he retreats into his chrysalis.

    • An encounter between Xireidi and Yuma, where Yuma adopts the role of an antagonist, playfully implies that they may have killed Gratia, and accidentally fortifies the wolf's belief in an eldritch evil of void and flame. Unknown other self is nowhere to be heard or felt

    • Yuma encounters and has fun with some distraught red wolf who turns to stone before his eyes. Yuma spends a couple cycles providing food for the entombed wolf, replacing whatever rots, and even tries to comfort the creature when they reemerge. For all his efforts he is called a demon and attacked. Yuma doesn't want to spoil the wolf's fun though so he plays along.

    • Emerges to a world of beauty and light, only to immediately also face the cruelty of the world as an owl and wolf lock in combat mere moments after his birth. Zeno flees the scene into the ruins below.
  • Cycles 1-4
    • After a single day of enjoying the beauty of Orion the lights go out for what would seem like an eternity. Zeno spends most days trying to learn and improve his ability to fly. Eventually he manages to reach the roof of Orion by flying around the room and taking frequent breaks upon the wall only to discover that the stars are just crystals with no obvious reason why they have gone out. With dreams of restoring the lights dashed and a forceful realization of his own helplessness reached Zeno retreats into himself, living as much in his mind as anywhere else. In this way he is content but bereft of any form of ambition.
  • Cycles 4-16
    • With the lights return outside his power Zeno continues to fade into the background, becoming more and more of a hermit. He interacts with others only rarely and with his realization of his lack of gem, lack of influence, and humble appearance sees no reason why he should interact much. His deep stoicism and contented nature make up for the terrible self-image he has crafted; seeing himself as little more than a common cave bat that somehow stumbled into sapience.

The pain in his hand is not going away, he's been haunted by nightmares, and the symptoms seem to be getting worse while he is in proximity to the Time of Darkness spell. Amras participates in the magic competition but loses more and more of himself as the show goes on; in the end impaling his hand with an epidote spike and summoning a wall scrawled with crazed writing in the script of the ancients. Once he gives light to the words the spike lets him go and the hallucinations stop all at once.
