MOD EDIT: I activated Fortune! @Ghanyarah the [*character=username] thing seems to be broken, which is why Moon said "Fortune's profile seems to be a bit weirded up." When using the [*character=username] thing, it bugs out and doesn't link to the character's profile like it should.
