It took her a while, perhaps because now Fisher was watching her with the utmost intensity, tail wagging eagerly. He was patient for now because he knew she was trying her hardest and that was what mattered. After all, Fisher's spells often failed and it wouldn't be fair to judge her on how quickly she could do something. After a while, she finally revealed a gem that could have come from the bottom of a giant, endless sea and his tail started to go one hundred miles an hour. "Wow!" He yipped, wiggling from head to toe. It was perfect!
She told him he could have whichever he wanted, or even both, but already he had made up his mind."I want this one! You made it just for me, so it's perfect," he explained in quick, eager chatter, pawing the shimmering stone closer to him. It reminded him of the Spire with its blue, incandescent colors. "Thanks, Arkrael! I'm going to go put it where it'll be safe." With that, he picked it up in his mouth and darted back up to his den, finding a good place to hide it before coming back.
He felt like he should give her a gift back, but he had absolutely nothing for her. Maybe if he had his lucky rock, or any other treasure, he could give her something special... but."So what now?" He asked, plopping down by her. He still felt kinda worn out from the fight with batcat-- not that it was much of a fight.
