ORIGIN

It took some time, but Rinaotei was familiar as to where Fornax was even in the darkness, the warmer the air was also an excellent way to navigate in finding Fornax as high temperatures were unique only to a place like Fornax. She came to take a break from things, she was drained and needed to relax in the hot springs, the warm heat was always so comfortable for Rina's mind and body the dark oddly amplified that, however, something is egging at her mind right now. For when she gave her stones to Mintaka, she noticed that there was a lot of red and black rocks which was unnerving to her why she is not too sure right now.

And so she felt compelled to find some stones again. But she's exhausted right now; she came here to relax not strain herself more. Still, just one rock wouldn't hurt. Continuing to try and justify why she should postpone her break she looks for some stones in the end.

She would find a white coloured one if Fornax weren't too warm for the water to even possibly freeze she would've thought it was a ball of ice; still, she takes it and decides to try and find more if it was this quick and easy to discover this one.

Being more confident in finding some made Rinaotei continue up the ladder of postponing her break again to find another stone, and what do you know Rina did discover another, the rock looking a bit bluer in its tint. At this point, Rinaotei may somewhat realise that this postponing her break time is not a good idea, but she still wishes to find as many as possible. In the end, she inwardly proposes to herself to take perhaps a five or ten-minute break every time she comes across nothing; these finds are motivating her to find more, finding nothing may make that motivation dip, and so that'll be when a break will be pleasant.

Rinaotei energy seems to surge as she a little too hastily for her own good looked around skimming over a lot of places that could've had the stones she's searching. But soon in just five minutes, that surge of energy drained out of her like water from a bathtub as she couldn't find anything this time. Deciding that will be a good time for a break she relaxes in the hot spring of the water, letting it heal her aches and pains as she sighs in relaxation. Despite how beautiful it felt she may try and cheat this proposal she had to herself and may try again in just four minutes as her occasional impatience means that waiting is not always a thing she prefers to do.

Her break as expected ended earlier than planned to give another quick look around as maybe she just missed something and the darkness hid it well. But still, once again nothing came, not even a blue, teensy pebble came to her search. Rinaotei exhaled out her nose quite loudly that if she had Fire Magick instead then soot may have been spewed from that deep breath, as she covers her lowered head with one of her wings like a facepalm. Deciding to stop cheating her proposal genuinely she goes back to the warm pool and fully intends to relax there for ten minutes.

The ten minutes were up, but Rinaotei was so relaxed from that, that she's half-asleep and so when she does try to look again she sadly still didn't find anything, so the she-wolf just going to stay still for a bit till she has collected her consciousness a little more.

She soon managed to get her eyes to remain wide open and not droop, and so while Rina snapped out of her daydream to see if she was ready, she quickly looks down to see a blue looking crystal right in front of her on the ground. Rina in response to that is just silently staring down at the stone with a blank expression. She now wishes the lights were on so she could tread over to the water's surface where her reflection would be and just make the mirror give her a flat, deadpan look to quip on how in the Caves she took a while to see that. The inward berating passing she brings it to the pile of the many she has found thus far.

The confidence was climbing again, but Rina was partially still preoccupied with berating herself for not seeing that stone at first glance that she wasn't paying attention in the darkness too much to see if there are any more gems not yet discovered. Retaking a deep breath, this time to get some of these thoughts out. She may try for a break again, but for now, she feels not as exhausted than previously so perhaps wait if she can.

When her concentration improved marginally, Rinaotei decided to perhaps look in more obscure areas, to be fair the reason why she did so well in Orion even if Albeon did come to help was that her other objective was possibly finding batcat along the way. That goal gave her the mindset to look where she thinks batcat will be instead and just as she expected there was a semi-transparent white stone, it seems to be an opal of sorts as she could see what looked like a tinge of blue as well encased in the gemstone, like a marble. She hopes that this rock was never sentient as she goes to collect it and puts it with her hoard of blue and white stones.

She tries for the usual areas again in Fornax but to no avail in her quest for these many stones. Yes perhaps just keep on looking for in the secret areas, they're obscure so they're less likely to have been found by other Gembound and her many cycles of endless exploring and adventures she knows a lot of secret areas that could be hiding some of them.

It took some effort familiar or not from her various exploits to sate her neverending thirst for adventures the darkness did make it challenging to feel around to see if she can find any small secret grotto that she can manage to squeeze herself to get inside. Also with the new wings, it was a bit difficult for Rinaotei to get in one this time her size somewhat more prominent in a way now. But she managed to shove her way into this slit of a grotto and such her luck there was a pristine white crystal hanging loosely on the cavern's wall and just with one swipe of her claw did it get dislodged and available for Rinaotei to claim as her reward. Getting back was difficult too especially with carrying something also, but although she feels sore again, Rina managed to do it and brought it back to her hoard, looking like a treasure-hoarding dragon now.
