Appearance
As a puppy, Babette will look rather like an alien, all wrong proportions and rounded edges. Her head will be absolutely massive, almost perfectly round, with rather small ears, each one as only as big as her tiny little paws. There are no discernable markings, her fur instead varying shades of brown, sometimes fading to a cream-tan in color. Her eyes are rather small, black like beads with a brown ring for an iris. Her stomach will be plump and round like a healthy pup, and her tail will be short and stubby. Her Gem sits atop her head, nothing more than a few grey budges poking out of the top of her head.
When she becomes older, some will change. From tail to shoulder, she will measure in at a mere six inches, She loses the roundness she had had had before, gaining more of a defined shape. Her head, while stood round, will gain somewhat of a blocky shape, with a small, protruding muzzle. Her ears will be large, massive on her, each one the size of half of her head. Her fur darkens, becoming a dark brown in shade. She has two 'eyebrows', peanut butter brown in color, looking as though someone dabbed it on with a spoon. Her muzzle is the same color, although her cheeks and the underside are both white. Her nose is liver in color, and her eyes a bright and shining brown. Her gemstone has grown, becoming a mohawk of sorts, with an impressive silver coloration that shines no matter how little light there is. Losing the roundness of her puppyhood, she will have a rather pronounced barrel, which carves into a low dip for her hips. Her legs are thin and short, and when she walks they remain stiff, 'pitter-pattering' as she walks. The lower halves of her legs share the brown shade of her forehead markings, fading some at her paws, and she has delicate little nails that click as she walks. On her chest is an upside down T made of white, which connects with the marking on her mouth and throat. Personality
Babette is, well, she is what one would picture when someone says 'chihuahua'. She is a massive dog in a little dog's body, a Great White Shark in a guppies scales. Her personality seems to nearly explode out of her, causing her to tremble as though she were cold. She is larger than life, despite being as small as a rat.
Unfortunately, her 'larger than life' personality can be rather deleterious to her. No matter how much she thinks she is a big, massive wolf, she is still a puny little dog. She holds no fear when it comes to confronting others, only backing down once she has been thoroughly beaten. However, she doesn't much like to fight, instead tearing down others with her words, pointed tongue, and knife-sharp wit. When not upset or angry, she is actually rather nice. A bit haughty, perhaps, prissy and spoiled and stubborn, but not too much so. She doesn't much like to get dirty, and would rather have somebody carry her then walk long distances. However, if she must, she will do things that make her dirty, or tired, although there will be a fair amount of complaining. Towards those she cares for, she can be rather loving, acting more like a spoiled little sister, or on occasion a spoiled older sister, than anything else. History
