The creatures below him were mere ants, and yet they persisted, fleeing from his fire only to turn and attack right back. The furry brown one on the ground threw a massive display of fire at him, but the flames merely licked his scales before dying away, weak to the slick black shields that covered his skin. The winged one, though - he was an annoyance. Before he could turn away, there was a blast of energy at his face that felt like a high pressure sting of air - his eye squeezed shut with a snarl and Raheerah swung his massive head at Baratheon, jaws open and intending to crack down on him.

i know im skipping, but we really need to finish this since raheerah is gone now!

The massive dragon hadn't seemed to pay much attention to the bear, which was probably for the better. Leon took this chance to run back towards the wall, towards the tunnel and after Dark and the young ones. He hoped that Baratheon would take the hint and follow him, otherwise on his own, the furry white dragon may very well be Raheerah's lunch. "See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya!" Leon shouted back with a laugh and plunged into the tunnel.

Dark winged his way into the tunnel. He was relieved to hear the sounds of tiny pawsteps behind him as the pups followed him out, and more relieved that the dragon did not seem to be pursuing.

He flapped into the tunnel and along, and only once they were a good way away from the dragon--and the reach of his fire--did he land and wait, turning to make sure all were out safely.

Winter followed the other gembounds to safety. She was worried that the big dragon would find her and the other pup. What bothered her the most was the fact that she had done horrible on her magic. No pup should be bad at magic. I am not an adult yet but some day I will and with my magic being so weak I wont have chance to find or protect myself. she thought to herself.

He laughed at the dragon as he had to close his eye to keep from getting it blown to bits. However, his laugh was short lived as Raheerah quickly retaliated and lunged out at him. Quick reflexes allowed Baratheon to keep from getting eaten but he was fast enough to keep from getting unscathed. The fangs closed around his tail tuft and for a moment he flapped his wings frantically as he tried to escape. He managed after much exertion but he left behind a few strands of long fur.

Too close.

He looked down below him and saw his companions fleeing. As much as he would love to fight the gigantic dragon for revenge he doubted that would be wise, especially on his own. So, after he licked his blue tongue out and blew a raspberry he flew away behind his friends.
