TENNESSEE
"Oh give me a home where the buffalo roam,
Where the deer and the antelope play"

The red lemur remained completely unaware of the potential mockery of the male lion. He simply thought it all a joke and gave a laugh. He didn't question the lion's probity at all, not even when Cayenne passed him a look. He just took it that she was amused as well. "Why, thank-ya, Quintus. Yer a right helpful guy! An' so are you, m'lady!" With that he grabbed up the pair of baskets and hopped onto the lion's back to tie them with a length of vine. After he was done he gave a holler for Caynne that he was ready.

While Tenn was tying the vines to the giant, she gave a sigh and went to work, Their garden was more important than any weird feelings she might have towards them. Their amusement was a tattered sham, but Tenn seemed not to see it, and she wouldn't ruin the moment by pointing it out. It would devolve into an argument and with the giant leaving, or....getting mad.

She didn't want to make them mad. Not with that hungry look in their eyes.

So she just dug as deep and as fast as she could, scooping up dirt with her acorn and depositing it into the basket that was being tied to the giant. When it was done, she sat back and tugged on the vine. "It's all ready," She said.

She would stay behind and fill up the rest of the baskets, ready and waiting for the two to haul it back to the ranch.
