Celebration Ceremony
will be updated with threads when recruits are found(all the current ones waiting to join) there will be a large gathering to celebrate their joining. There will be tasks that will need to be completed before the actual thing, such as hunting and gathering food. Creating things that might be fun. This is where the Recruits will decide what division they wish to be enlisted into.

Trials
Will be updated when this gets going and people are appointed to their divisions and must begin their tasks to be initiated into their division.
