At that press against her flank the lioness brushed her tail against the fawn-bird, silent and reassuring. She received the glance from Leon and gave a nod. She trusted the bear and would stay back and let him speak with this leopard. They appeared to have some sort of connection so he was probably best to deal with the creature. So, while Leon spoke with him Makyna turned to speak with Rafael. "I don't know who the leopard is," As if he couldn't figure that out for himself. "But the bear, that's Leon. He's my..." Your what? The lioness paused for a brief moment and after thinking over it decided to say, "My, my boyfriend." She certainly wanted him to be and if they went to the ends of the earth to anything for each other then they should certainly be official.

The leopard turned to them again and offered to leave. Makyna shook her head. "Oh no, you don't have to leave. Pisces is welcome to all that have good intentions." Her voice was kind and sincere but the way she said good with more emphasis showed that she really meant it. Nonsense would not be tolerated and if there was someone who was willing to hurt others simply because they could, then they would be dealt with.

Leon's gaze softened as he beheld the leopard. He knew what it must have felt like for the leopard, to come into a place where it seemed he didn't belong - to feel unwanted, an inappropriate intruder. It was the very same feeling that Leon had to counter when Makyna was with Cancer - but he had overcome it, firstly by leaving. The second time was a fluke; something had drawn him back to Pisces, beyond his control or his intent, and there he had overheard the fight. Still, things had eventually settled and gone back to normal - kind of. Maybe the same could happen for Zetos. He apologized and turned to leave, but Makyna was quick to step in, emphasizing that he was welcome so long as he didn't have any foul intentions. Leon shot her a glance, but he understood - he must have seemed hostile, even if he was only acting defensively.

The bear focused back on Zetos again. "It could be your home too." He added with a small smile. "I told you I would protect you, and I will. You're important to me." His voice quieted as he spoke, searching for the leopard's cool red gaze.
