The Ball Is Rolling!
Life has blossomed throughout Origin Cave over the past couple days! As such, we have a few announcements to make!
Element Icons!
You'll notice that small element icons appear next to usernames in threads! You can also access these icons in the post screen, which will hopefully make it easier for post logs and anywhere else you need to use the element icons. Revamps to the larger element images are on their way, so hold tight!
Adjustments to Recent Threads + Visitors
Drafts will no longer appear in the recent threads list, and creators of drafts will no longer appear as visitors of the forums they make their drafts in. Creating a draft will still show up in your activity log, but if you would like that activity to be removed, simply post in the
Update Me! thread to have it amended.
Premade Character Adoptions
We have a new feature opening up in the Adoption forum, and its
Premade Character Adoptions! We took a cue from the community and are offering you guys the opportunity to make some characters and put them up for adoption. These characters can be brand new, or you can surrender your existing characters here if you no longer wish to play them. You can offer as much or as little information on the character as you feel necessary, allowing for a wide range of customization. If you have a character idea but don't want to play that character, post it here! Alternatively, you can come here to pick up a new character if you don't know who to play!

The Cave Report
Quest: Shed Some Light
A trio of Gembounds are beginning to make some headway in investigating the rusted machine that sits in Polaris. Maybe this machine will be the key to bringing light back to the caves, but even with the help of a mysterious older Gembound, it'll still take some heavy investigation before they can make some true progress.
Quest: The Strangeness of Cetus
Everyone is beginning to feel just how weird Cetus is. How long will it take before somebody can figure out just what it is that makes it so weird? We have a sneaking suspicion we may know what it is...
Quest: The Carvings
A collection of Gembounds all converge at the Canis carvings. Some of them have taken notice of the strange patterns on the wall, but it seems the group is very easily distracted. Will we get to learn what the carvings are any time soon? Who knows!
How about a game of hide and seek?
Tiny little Nyx finds herself hiding among the bone fortresses. Who will be able to find her first?
Fishing for Firepower
Fisher and Leon challenge each other to see who can climb the highest up the spire. Unfortunately, neither of them consider how difficult climbing a crystal spire could be. Where Leon falls from just below its peak, Fisher makes the mistake of scratching his victory into the crystal, causing the spire to react violently. Thankfully, Louie arrives to save the day!
