Sitting like the hyena had, an awkward position for the moose calf, Berry listened.

"I eat green things, but I believe I can find my way from here without help, thank you very much!" Berry said, snorting as he stood. She was clearly crazy. Lights and what not. The moose turned and wandered off into the darkness after picking up moss in his mouth.

Giggle stared, watching with some bemusement as the very confident young moose stood and strode off.

She turned to stare back at his chrysalis, for a moment, where it lay nestled in the bones.

Hatched, casting magic, speaking, and leaving, within moments. Fascinating; he is strong.

She felt a jolt of fear a moment later--What if this is all a dream?--but before this could blossom into full-blown panic, Omen was back at her side, rapidly preening her to calm her down. She stood silent for a time, calming, before turning to lope back to her own bone pile, the strange encounter leaving her rather nonplussed.
