As the stag removed a chip from his own gem, she stared in amazement. Did it hurt? The idea jumped into her mind but he was such a strong and powerful Lord, it probably was just a pinch. Not even a pinch, a tickle. She had the stag so high on a pedestal, it was impossible for him to fall. Looking upon the gem that lay between them, she watched Hasira act out what she was to do next. "I'll try my best." Tho, unlike him, she couldn't lean down and touch her gem since it sat at the end of her face. Breathing in slowly, the rodent closed her eyes and exhaled onto the gem from the lord. At first nothing happened, but light seem to glow in her gem before flowing out and into the gem chip on the ground. It seemed to give off a subtle shine. That was it? She leaned down and gazed into the tiny glowing stone now. This was to be their child? Beautiful, stunning. Blood rushed to her cheeks upon hearing such claims. Never had she been described in such a way and she wasn't sure why those words made her feel so warm and happy. "I . . I'm sure they will be since you gave part . . part of yourself." Finding it hard to look him in the eyes now, blushing from his sweet words. "After all, your so brave and strong." Nothing like her. The gaze of the stag felt heavy on her, but Carrie didn't complain. She didn't mind at all. --------- "Speechy speechy speech." OOC: uses '+Gives Life'

He stared at her, eyes crossing and blurring and reforming the image of the capybara-- no... deer, before him. She was the new Pure One... This new Clover, she had come back. After Clover died and the Shadow of his Heart had taken her body now her soul had inhabited someone else. How had he not seen it before? His Pure One was here... He smiled and touched his chin gently to the top of her muzzle, letting it linger there. He missed her so... The Shadow was right with her words but Clover had always been gentle. The words that were spoken to him now were gentle. It broke his heart... It hurt... He wanted her back. He loved her. He needed... He needed to let her know... "No no... It is all you, my Pure One. Your beauty, your spirit... everything about you is perfect. Our children will be just like you... Not like me. I am Tainted." He dropped his muzzle so that it was on one side of hers so that he could look into Clover's eyes.

"I love you... I should have told you before, Pure One. You make me feel like a fawn again..."

And with those words and the gaze from his eyes; poor poor Carrie found herself lost in the moment. Never had she been spoke to in such a sweet way, and she probably would never get such treatment from anyone else since there were only children in Orion. At least to her knowledge, the rodent hadn't met any others besides him adopted children. He must mean all these things he is saying, or why else would he say such things? You know, that could mess a girl up if her heart strings were messed with after all. "Your not tainted, your perfect Hasira!" Letting herself lean in, to only feel his touch to her face for a bit longer. All this running put a lot on the capybara and not giving a part of her life up to form a child; well it was natural to become tired. Gently yawning, she lowered her head down and let the side of her face rest on the earth before him. She wasn't sure she heard him say those three little words, was it because she was so tired or maybe they were real? Didn't matter, for she was out with the life they created glowing between the two. --------- "Speechy speechy speech." OOC: end scene, before they do something they regret ;D lol, as if Vazi would allow it. Anything like that would probably snap him out of it!

The continued to stare at what he thought was Clover. She was always so kind... So sweet. He didn't deserve her. He didn't deserve anyone or anything and yet here he was still living his pitiful existence. He only wanted to live this way for his brother... Pathetic. His Shadow had told him love was meaningless... Weak... and here he was admitting his love to her like an idiot. Well... He was an herbivore too so he supposed no matter how hard he tried he was always set for failure but that didn't mean he would stop trying.

"You are too kind..." It was a shame that he had stolen away her body and made her into a terrible-tainted creature. He was sure she wasn't here to stay. She would just be here long enough for the gods to toy with him and then she would vanish. Just like everything he had loved did. He watched as she fell asleep while he kept his eyes on their surroundings, watchful for anyone that would interrupt them. Of course with his drunken stupor this watchfulness didn't last long as his head fell forward and onto the ground next to Carrie and the new life in the gems.
