"Whatcha doing?" A knavish voice called down the tunnel, bright copper eyes flashing in the pale green light. The noodle darted over, trying to get a better look at the huge creature. He was feeling a bit daring today, unaware of just who he was messing with.

The fisher cat leaped up into the mess of moss on the stone, peering his nose up towards the huge creature. She could probably crush him, but she'd have to catch him first-- and she looked rather slow. "Name's Fisher, who're you? And what's up with smacking into all those walls and kicking rocks, hun?"

Nemesis

Nemesis had no idea who this pipsqueak was, and she didn't even care to listen to his name as he gave it. He had jumped up on to her rock sled, and knocked off half the moss and even had the nerve to call her hun. She wasn't anybody's hun except for the Princess, and the pain in her eye was aggravating enough without some stupid noodle in her way.

Suffice to say that it was enough to send the trino into a roar of rage. She slammed her foot down and threw her horn at the mustelid, trying to knock him away from her precious moss.

"NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!"

Fisher was, by all accounts, tempting fate. But how could he help it? This silly rhino was making all sorts of rucas and the noodle was in an incredibly knavish mood. There was simply nothing he could do about it! He had to play around--

Though when she swung at him with her sharp horn and nearly impaled him, the fisher cat rethought his strategy. Retreating back, the noodle stuck out his tongue and then summoned his magic.

"Aw, come on, I'm just being friendly! Relax!"

Nemesis didn't have the best eyesight, so when the noodle's fur flickered out of her vision and he ducked into the shadows, her rage only quadrupled. The knavish brat was trying to get the best of her, was he?

"Coward! Come out where I can squash you!" She roared, her dark gaze catching a flash of fur in the pathetic spell attempt. Practically blind to the near-invisible thing, she charged recklessly towards where she thought the fisher was.

The rhino wasn't about to be fooled by his playful, childish tricks. She came running right at him and for a moment, he was paralyzed with fear. At the last second he lunged out of the way, but her foot came down on his hind quarters and he squealed, managing only just to get out from under her heavy weight.

He darted away and turned, ears laying back as bile filled his mouth. He spat at her face, hoping to hit her with a blast of electricity, but he knew he'd really be in for it now.

Nemesis

She had got him. He was on the defensive now, fleeing from her. He tried to spit something at her but she managed to move out of the way-- that or his aim was just abysmal. With a snort she lowered her horn towards the fisher cat and rushed at him again, perfectly willing to spread his bloody carcass all over the wall.

Maybe Fisher would finally learn a lesson about being knavish around a knight. Probably not though. But Nemesis certainly had already learned something-- carnivores like Fisher were fool hearty and stupid and all too easy to beat up.

There was no way Fisher was going to get hit by one of those horns again. With a shiver the noodle ducked just to the right of her incoming horn and then he blazed a trail under her feet, hoping to trip her up without getting stepped on. Once he got to her behind, he'd try to climb up her tail-- if he could get on to her back, that was when the fun would begin!

...Hopefully he wouldn't die trying to do this whole thing. Honestly, his knavish behavior really was going to be the death of him one day. And everyone in Origin will laugh. Except for those who actually like him, they'll probably cry. (Sorry.)

... wh... Where did the noodle go? It wasn't until Nemesis felt something on her tail-- climbing it, getting on to her back-- that she realized what the knavish twit had done. With a scream the rhino threw herself into maximum overdrive, charging down the tunnel.

She didn't care how she got him off. In fact, to her, it seemed like the best way to do it was to throw herself into a wall. So she went on a crash collision course with a wall, hoping that the noodle would smash into five hundred pieces when she hit it.

It wasn't the best plan, but she had worse before.

As the rhino hit the wall head on and he bonked harmlessly into her protective safety frill of an airbag, the fisher cat honestly felt bad for Nemesis. He had kind of harassed her into hurting herself, and frankly... Well, wasn't it his job to get hurt? Sure she had smashed his butt but she had also wrecked her own face and that was pretty fair.

So as a parting gift the noodle crawled up over her frill and gave her a friendly lick on the cheek before darting off into the darkness once more. Hopefully she'd be alright on her own? Man. What a bad time.
