The boar allowed the giant madlionness to feed him. Not out of trust, but simply because resistance in any form was beyond him. The edges of his vision were fuzzy, and each time he closed his eyes it hurt more to open them, and so he ate, and eventually his eyes ceased to flutter.

She continued to feed the boar until finally it seemed to fall into a slumber. Finally, it would be easy enough now to carry him off, back to the swamp where she lived. She turned briefly to give a nod to her daughter, letting her know that it was time to go. Reaching out her magic again she allowed the psychic power to wrap around the boar and lift him. She could already feel the strain on her mind but she would manage until they could get to Cetus. With that she was off with Serendipity silent and in tow.
