QUESTS/EVENTS
Torrential downpours cause localized flooding and many upset cats. Along with these frequent rain, from gentle drizzles to heavy rainfall, there seems to be a flux of Magicka drawn in particular to water sources. Occasional jet streams of warm air make narrower tunnels harder to navigate. On occasion, the rain intensifies, becoming howling storms with sleet or large hail. However, the temperatures overall are a little warmer, with snow and ice in temperate caves somewhat receding.

Deli
Deli sat themselves down as Lemonface turned, dipping a couple of fingers into the dye and beginning to carefully draw a circle on their back. They went slowly, so that it was as round as possible and, once he was satisfied, moved onto the wings. He was less careful here, grabbing each feather and getting the tips well-covered in the dye but not dripping. They did this until the dye had been used up and they'd done what Lemonface had asked - a circle on the back and tips of the feathers.
They rubbed their paws together. "Alright, lookin good! Now I just, give ya one more little touch and you got it for life." They reached a paw forward, using the back of their hand and touching the circle they'd drawn. Magic sparked from them over to Lemonface, holding down the dye onto his feathers and drying what had been wet moments ago. Once it was done, they leaned back. "There! Now you got a cool circle on your back and wing tips."
Lemonface squawked the moment he was done and flared his wings, flapping them, amazed that nothing came off.
"Man- this is awesome!!", he cried, "Damn- thank you!! Like a lot!"
He threw a wing around Deli in a side-hug, laughing as he spun in a circle, trying to see the circle on his back. He was incredibly pleased, and more than happy with the work done.
"Thank you... h-hey if you ever wanna come back, just hit me up, yeah?", he said, turning to Deli and laughing, "This is awesome- man this is great!! Thank you!"
He flapped his wings and flew a few feet, watching his feathers with their new colors, so excited and happy that he just didn't know what to do with himself.
"Deli!", he said, looking towards him, "You're a good dude! Thanks!"
Deli flashed Lemonface a thumbs up and a wide smile, allowing the bird to get them into a side-hug, despite their sudden desire to not be touched by anyone. But, hey, keep playing up the act, huh? They'd done a good job so far of getting on his good side. Hopefully he actually was part of the Bonebound after all.
Deli nodded and clapped their paws together. "No problem! Glad I could help ya out!" They glanced behind them. "Anyways, I've got some things to get to in the meantime. I hope ya enjoy your fun new markings!" And with that, they turned to stride away, cloak sweeping behind them, raising a paw one more time in farewell. This put a bit of a curve in their plans but...ah, no matter. Everything would work out.

Lemon grinned and waved with a wing before fluttering off in a mess of black feathers, laughing in utter glee. Oh man- their sibs were gonna love the colors! He couldn't wait to show them!
Unaware he'd been tricked, he went off to find Avi and Ozzie, taking a few short flights to try and get there faster.
