The exit was, at last, in sight. Khavur scooped up the glittering Lattice Sunstone and whatever remains were attached. No use in dismembering a decent skeleton. It provided a good framework for study.

Overall, Khavur would rate this experience a decent bout of training. Perhaps suitable for reporting to Master Vargas about. Likely at least one other Valkhound had tread down one of the four paths and was thinking to profit extra from their experience.

Khavur would collect these spoils and head out, probably to do just that. Or get distracted. Could be either one honestly, but most likely the former.

The helmet was nice enough and seemed to fit her, so Rosary beant down and grasped it (uncomfortably) her her needle-sharp teeth. It was easiest to pick it up by one of the straps so that was what she did. She didn't put it on just yet, wanting to get out of here first and too sore and exhausted to try anything else new.

She raised her head and quickly made to catch up with Howler - they'd gotten lots of nice stuff. She'd gotten some nice stuff too but she really liked his cloak. She couldn't help but be a little jealous of it...

She sobbed softly. Hadn't she gotten nice things, too? That was why they came! But she left miserable, exhausted and hurting and wondering if it was worth it.
