Tunnel K is the designation given to the tunnel connecting Orion and Canis. This tunnel is far different than the other tunnels connecting to Orion - this one is lonesome, forsaken even. There is a ghastly mist that fills this tunnel, collecting on the skin and spawning an uncomfortable chill. The most notable feeling in this tunnel is that of complete emptiness. It feels as though there should be nothing here, no air, no stone, no gems. The tunnel itself is barren grey rock. It almost feels wrong to be walking through this tunnel. |

Orion Entrance
A set of stone doors once closed this tunnel off, but they have since been pried open. |
Canis Entrance
A single, unearthly monster is carved above the entrance. Its face is contorted into an ugly snarl, as though warning travelers to keep out. |
The Hole
Hidden in an alcove is a broad, deep hole. Its decline is smooth and steep. No light reaches its cold depths, where a mysterious altar hides; the further a Gembound descends into The Hole, the more they begin to hear a constant, not-quite-understandable whispering. |
