Tunnel C is a short and perilous tunnel; the further one gets from Gemini, the hotter the air becomes until it is a tangible singe. The humidity is thick and suffocating as the tunnel drops straight into a narrow passage that leads to the shores of Leo's warm bay. The tunnel itself is rather void of life and craggy in appearance. Near Leo's entrance, it sputters with small geysers that vent heat from the Underforge. This tunnel is lit mostly by small cracks in the walls and floors that shimmer with heat and liquid fire, almost as if a river of lava flows beneath it. |
