[Event] The Lost Gifts - The Three Kings - Game Master Dark - Dec 17 2023 The Lost Gifts - 3 Kings
![]() In the darkest hours of the night, when frost crisped each strand of Pegasus's grassy meadow, a shape swept by high above. A jingle of bells, a cascade of reindeer running through the air, and--oh! A package fell from the sleigh at the rear, the alien-like blue creature driving not seeming to notice this loss. The box was not very large, and was fairly lightweight, so that when it hit the field below it only dented a little bit. It rolled, its gold-flecked purple wrapping catching the light--and then it came to rest by the riverside. The attached paper tag said, "To: The 3 Kings," but anyone unable to read who might touch the package would also know who it was for. This package would need to be escorted to Orion, to its recipient. Otherwise, The Three Kings' holiday gift might never reach them! This is one of six Lost Gifts threads in the Holiday 2023 event! Characters may each choose one NPC to aid this year, but players can have as many characters as they like take part. Characters who wish to aid The Three Kings should first post in this thread, and can then create more threads to travel with or simply deliver the package! Anyone may join any of these threads (but remember, just one NPC per character). The delivery thread can be found here. RE: [Event] The Lost Gifts - The Three Kings - Sair - Dec 21 2023 Sair And it was cold again. "Speaking." Thinking. Doing. We don't know how to accept we're just a product of a chance / And less like gods but more like plants RE: [Event] The Lost Gifts - The Three Kings - October - Dec 25 2023 The sled racing by spooked October from its roost. It rose into the air with a loud caw, and almost without thinking beat its wings as hard as it could to follow. Being only a small corvid, and barely two cycles old, it was not very successful. But while the sled had left the bird behind, the bird noticed something it missed. With another caw, it swooped down to examine the package beside Sair, though it was really too distracted to even say hello, and— What it saw would have made it fall straight out of the air, stunned, if it hadn’t already landed. The Three Kings… beautiful. With another determined caw, it managed the words ”Kings! Delivery!” and swooped after Sair. exit |
