Well, at least this one wasn't a total stick in the mud. Another hearty laugh escaped the dragon's maw as he moved forward to boop her gently on the nose with his own. With her tiny size the dragon was careful to be especially gentle with her. This little one wasn't so bad! Sure, she could be grumpy and yelly but that was alright. So long as she knew to have fun that was alright. Besides, if she tried to get grumpy again Baratheon knew how to cut her down to size again. And boy, wouldn't it be fun to do so again?

"Thanks! You're not too bad of a pilot yourself!" Then hastily he added, "Just don't do it again." Just in case she got any ideas about jumping on his head and jerking his horns around again. After she added that last bit Baratheon turned his head around and stared up at the ceiling as if he were thinking deeply. "Hmm, well, I don't know..." Then he broke into a toothy grin as he turned back to Quix, head snaking forward so he could peer closely at her. "You drive a hard bargain, Puffball, but deal!" It was the least he could do for the little one showing him a good time.

"Lemme get you back to shore." With that he lowered his head down to the water and began to snake his way towards shore over the surface. There he would wait to let the fox clamber off before saying. "I'll see ya around. I'm gonna do a bit of fishing." With that he turned and disappeared into the water.

Thoughts

Quix giggled as Baratheon bopped her nose and offered to hoist her to shore. All accusatory feelings had long gone. He was a rather fun fellow and she believed he did not have ill intentions. Nodding her head at his offer, she would climb onto his snout and then get back to shore. "Goodbye Baratheon! Goodbye!” She called out to him rather fondly as he dived beneath the water. She then shook her pelt all over, gave a little sneeze and walked back to her den area. Boy, she needed to rest after all this excitement!
