Warp's eagerness is infectious, and she chuckles some at at their enthusiasm. So Tourmaline follows their gaze to the rocks scattered before it. It takes her a moment to realize the pup is trying its magic again, but as the stone pops away into another mysterious pocket, she feels a small surge of pride.

"Well done," she'd approve as the stone is ejected back to the real world. "You'll get better with practice, too."

But then Warp's focus is on her squarely again, full of expectations. So Tourmaline nods again. "There's a lot of things you can do with magic. It depends on what you want to learn. Some spells destroy, and others create. Still more just cause change."

A flick of the paw, and she conjures a pile of star-shaped candies. "They all have their uses, though. Like offering a new friend a snack," she grins, pushing some closer to Warp.

These new things are so hard for the pup to understand, but its getting the hang of it! Warp doesn't think it wants to be dangerous... But it seems the spells - especially Corruption - might just have a mind of their own. Maybe Warp can learn to control this Entropy, and make it into something it can use for good.

"I think... I want to be good." It says. Though no child truly wants to be evil.

When the candies appear before Warp, it is confused for some moments. Sniffing at them. They don't smell like anything in particular, just sweet. Deciding to take a bite, Warp's needle-like teeth snap up a candy before crunching down on it.

Yup, sweet. Pretty good too. Parts of it get stuck in Warp's teeth, but they come apart quickly enough. "That was good! How do you learn a spell like that?"

Her heart melts as Warp makes that decision - of wanting to do good. The little guy is such a precious little thing. Cursed by the corruption, but still so eager and bright-eyed. I just hope you don't break under the weight of your magic.

She thinks she'd break if she had it herself. Just the fragments of jeering whispers from a touch unsettle her enough.

But Warp seems strong, with how he's eager to continue on the topic of magic after their first failure. Maybe it is because the voidhound had someone there, her shoulder to lean on. But Tourmaline doesn't exactly want to pat herself on her back here.

Oh, they're speaking again. Where'd she learn the candy trick? Her mind wanders back to Nemean, her mocking laughter and prank-filled antics. Warp would see the cat's face scrunch in annoyance, but she'd smooth herself over to talk. "Someone I know taught me that. She's... a 'fun' character," she'd sigh. "Master Nemean is a prankster at heart. She's mostly harmless, but she'll get you sooner or later."
