Majesty felt horrible that he had caused the girl so much pain, and moved forward a bit to bump heads with her, trying to show that all was forgiven. Even though… it wasn’t. Not really. He was still impaired, and he always would be. He no longer cared about the incident with Makyna (because it hadn’t been her fault at all), but he would never be over his impairment. Not completely. He would have to live with it for the rest of his life. And not for the first time, he cursed his luck and having an affinity for Light Magic. Why couldn’t he have been blessed with some other kind of Magic instead? In reality, he knew that wouldn’t have really changed much. He was sure he would have hurt himself one way or the other with any Magic he used, but… Still. He was bitter.

But he hid it. He hid it well, behind a smile and a wag of his tail. He wouldn’t bother this lioness or her young charge with his troubles. That wasn’t fair, and he knew it. “So! Someone mentioned being hungry?” he asked, turning to grin at Amaria. “We could all go hunting, if you both are alright with it?” What better way than making up than with a good hunting session? He could use the exercise, anyways. He loved a good run. “What do you say?”

The lioness could feel Amaria scoot closer to her and to try tomake it up to her now she threw one paw over her shoulder. The tense feelings probably weren't doing anything good to the tender young cub's emotions. Makyna felt bag for having dragged the young girl into this whole situation but there was nothing she could really do about it. She felt bad for what she did to the wolf and until it was all resolved she would continue to feel this way. The problem was, would he forgive her?

The wolf moved forward towards her and... bumped his head with hers! A decidedly feline gesture but one she understood immediately. It brightened her mood immensely as she bumped her own head with his back. The knot of guilt that twisted into her gut seemed to lessen and finally disappear as she realized this fellow did truly forgive her. Her eyes met his and she gave a little smile, a real one this time. "Thank-you..." It was over. One could never forget but they could always forgive and move on.

Now it was on to the next subject. Hunting!

Now that that one issue was taken care of her belly gave a rumble and her smile grew. She looked down to Amaria with a toothy grin. "What do you say? Would you like to go hunting with Majesty?" If Amaria didn't want to go hunting that was fine. Makyna could always take her later and though she still felt a little bit bad she wouldn't mind finding food with him.

"Speech"

A purring vibrated all throughout Amaria as Makyna offered her a hug. She grinned brightly up at her sister before setting her gaze back towards Majesty as he began to spoke. Good, the two were no longer in bad moods it seemed. This made the little cub feel all the more better and she was slowly starting to get excited again. Then the wolf had to go and offer a hunt! She looked up to Makyna eagerly, eyes wide and bright shining with eagerness. "Yes! Please! Can we go hunting now?!" She wiggled in her spot beneath Makyna's arm and swung her excited gaze right back over to the canine

Oh yes! She was decidedly very hungry! Especially after all the energy she had spent trying to climb her way up the mushroom. Of course she had only got a quarter way up before it scared her and she had to claw her way right back down, but regardless. That took a lot of energy for the little kitten that had been attempting such a futile feat. Shaking it all away, Amaria looked back up towards. "What's there to hunt around here? Surely something more tasty than a mouse?!" She was eager to find something to eat. She wasn't good at it. Of course she attempted, but Makyna was to teach her how to properly hunt when she was not busy.

She was glad that the tense moment was all over. It made her feel better that Majesty had forgiven her and they could move on past it. It wouldn't be forgotten between the two of them, no not ever, but it was something that they could not think about for a while. The lioness smiled at her tiny company when she gave an enthusiastic "yes", then she turned her grin to the wolf. "Well, it seems like we'll all be hunting together!" The lioness grinned.

She unwrapped her paw from the young girl next to her, giving her a quick lick on the head. Sorry for ever having sort of dragged the young girl into the tense situation. Then, she took a few steps away as she lifted her nose into the air and then opened her mouth to taste the mouse on the air. She couldn't smell anything here... So perhaps they would have to move on? Yeah, that seemed like a good idea. She turned to her two companions and tilted her head towards the exit. "I don't smell anything here... but I think we'll find something else in an another room." Perhaps all the prey was hiding, having sensed the negativity in the air or whatnot. Oh well, they'd get food elsewhere.

So the lioness lead the way out, supposing that her two companions followed.

Amaria looked between both the canine and the feline. Eager to see their responses. Finally she would get something in her starving belly! Makyna had spoke first, saying they should probably go hunt elsewhere. Yes, that would probably do well. She cast a glance to Majesty, but he seemed to be without words. Shaking it off Amaria rose to her paws and pounced at Makyna, resting the front of her over the lions back as she gave a silly grin. "Let's go let's go! I am starving!" she cheered, laughing all the while as she urged her big sister to hurry up.

Finally the lioness began moving, leading the way out of the area. She cheered, turned a big grin to Majesty, and then raced right after Makyna. She bounced up next to her, running ahead only to slow right back down until Makyna was still leading the way. She was excited to finally go hunting with her sister, and even Majesty. It would be fun! And maybe they would catch something more fulfilling than those silly mice she was always finding around. She felt her tummy growl just by thinking of all the food she may get in this three gembound group.They would catch all the food! she grinned excitedly, hurrying along without another word.

Majesty was confused. In a place like Eridanus, there was plenty to eat. Perhaps Makyna's nose did not work as well as his? He shrugged, and bounded forward to catch up to them. "Um," he began, "I can spell plenty of prey here. Mice, rats, insects, fish in the streams... But if you would still like to go elsewhere, it is alright with me." He gave a smile, also glad that the awkwardness between himself and the lioness was over. He had truly made a friend, and he was grateful for it.

Without another word, he followed the two of them out...
