Location: Eridanus | The Trench

One would have to have rather keen eyes to find Sebastian's den.

If they were to leave Rift's home, they would have to follow his tracks, little more than prints in the dirt, tufts of black fur caught on twigs, brambles, and branches, and bend grass where he has trod. This path will end, rather abruptly, at the Trench.

Only someone with incredible balance (or, perhaps, wings) will be able to reach his den. The path is little more than rocks sticking out of the side of the trench, only barely strong enough to support a Gembound of his size.

And, even then, it would be quite easy to miss his den. Moss, vines, branches and roots twine together to create a cover of sorts, funneling water away from his den, and keeping it out of sight. Moss and vines serve as a door of sorts, having to be pushed through.

The den isn't terribly large, ten feet wide and perhaps five feet in length. A pile of leaves towards the back serve as a bed, and are often covered in shed black fur. The walls of the den are notched, able to hold things.

Current Contents:
Alcove: Bed of green leaves, shed black fur
Notches: nothing

Interactions with Sebastian are always welcome! Just post in Eridanus near the Trench, or in the Trench if your Gembound is feeling particularly adventurous, and tag Sebastian!

Location: Tunnel K

Tunnel K was eerie enough before Bahamut. What with the emptiness, the barrenness, the mist and the chill.

But now it is even worse. There are streaks of dried blood on the ground, as though something had been slaughtered, or dragged, as well as massive bloody pawprints. On the walls are splatters of blood, dried as well, varying in size from barely a teaspoon to gallons. There are deep claw marks on both the ground and the walls.

In front of the entrance to his lair, little more than a crack in the wall, are several pikes made of sharp rocks that stick out of the ground. Only three have anything on them, but those three are enough to spread fear into any Gembounds hearts.

The first one has most of an aardwolf's corpse, partially decomposed and mummified. It lacks its head. The second is merely a head - but not the aardwolf's. It is the head of a dog, colors unable to be made out from the mummification. The rest of the dog sits on the third pike, pierced through the middle.

If someone is brave or, perhaps, foolish enough to entire the lair, they will find it a rather tight fit. The tunnel is covered in dried blood, and widens as you continue on. Beneath your feet, tiny bones will crunch.

Once you reach the end, you will enter into a cave of sorts. It is large, ten feet in height and about twenty in diameter. All along the ground are bits of bone, even entire skeletons, some with flesh still attached. Gems are collected in a pile in the center. There are notches in the walls, where particular trophies are displayed. The walls are marked with claw marks, but these are clearly deliberate. They are counted in tallies, four marks made before being crossed off.

Current Contents:
Pikes:
corpse of an Aardwolf from the neck down
corpse of a Catahoula Leopard Dog from the neck down
head of a Catahoula Leopard Dog from the neck up
Cave:
nothing
Nooks:
nothing

Interactions with Bahamut are always welcome! Just enter the tunnel and tag him! Please not whether you are okay with being attacked, or not.

Location: The Divine, Cetus

Symphr's den is hard to spot if someone isn't actively looking for it they will more than likely walk on by. The mist hanging within the air and the centerpiece tree being far more interesting than a small cluster of rocks covered with ferns and shade.

If you were to enter the den itself is quite the opposite of the world around it. An opening in the roof towards the back allows for a small burning place for wood and leaves. Rocks moved within the den provide a makeshift fireplace. The floor is made of stone and the entire thing is a 10 by 10 room with a 9 foot tall ceiling. However pelts make soft areas to lay upon within in the den and are routinely switched out to keep rot and decay out.

Off to the right of the large room is a small passageway leading to a much smaller room. Only 8 by 5 and with a 7 foot high ceiling it screams out death and murder. Blood stains and leftover meals linger here along with bones and cartilage that has yet to decompose. A small divot is where most of these discarded material lays, rotting furs, bones, and tissues left to rot and decay into rich soil. It is his working station, to keep the smell out of the main room as well as blood. A way to keep things clean and organized.

Features:

Bedding of routinely changed animal pelts
Small make-shift fireplace
Side Room
Compost pit

Within the tallest trees of Eridanus is a well made and well maintained nest that Cecei has made. It is well spaced out for her in case she ever has another bird’s company. The best is designed to blend in with the environment and hides among all the trees and leaves. Cecei does have more than one nest, each in different trees within Eridanus in case she doesn’t want to nest in the same place again, it also keeps her on the move and in a way, grants her extra protection.

In the Warrens of Pisces lies a pretty stereotypical hog's den -- a small tunnel leading into a comfortable sleeping room. Weakpoints are held up by stones and a collection of pretty, smooth rocks decorates the entrance. Sora lives here, and you're welcome to tag her here at any time! Just be warned, she might not be all that pleased about unexpected company!!

The Merchant's Hut
Location: Pegasus

On the border of Pegasus' forest and fields is a hut. But not just any hut! It's Sharp's hut! Sharp-and-Spiky, genius extraordinaire! The whole thing's relatively small but its size fluctuates as she constantly renovates and rearranges the building. A thatched roof, open entryway, and packed dirt floor give the place a quaint, if primitive, feel. But hey, it's really hard to build without thumbs!

The inside's a bit of a mess. A large pile of gemstones and miscellaneous trinkets are pushed against the far wall. Near the center's a slate that functions as a basic workbench. Straw is loosely bundled up into nests and pushed into the corners-- one for herself, a medium-sized pile for Huma, and a massive one for her adoptive dragon Aerie. Just outside is a broken, three-wheeled bone cart, crumbled onto the grass.

One day she'll clean the place up. But now is not the day.

The Voidseer's Den
Location: Cetus

Close to the Voidcrawler's main camp is the den of their resident soothsayer. Voidseer lives in a pretty typical snake burrow, albeit with changes to accommodate his abilities. A large, muddy hole leads down a gentle slope to an underground room held up by tree roots. He sleeps here, directly on the barren floor, using only piles of leaves to ensure it's dry. A secret tunnel leads out the back, also at a gentle incline, in case of emergency or ambush.

Resting in clearing that fits the treehouse with quite a bit of space all around for potential gardening stands an amalgamation of ten trees in a circle. These trees have been manipulated to create a tall tree house. These trees are much taller than those normally found in Eridanus as they are not trees from Eridanus at all. The outside is covered in thick vines that are used to climb the outside. The inside has a ramp made of still living limbs and vines up to the second platform. On this platform can be found where the family normally sleeps as it is kept dark with only single window like opening letting in light. From this inner platform leads another ramp up to a third platform. On this platform is a napping area. On this platform also stands four empty chrysalis' each a different color from the last. At the base of a red one rest a small patch of flowers. This platform has ample light as a large opening in the wall here acts as a doorway out onto a balcony like platform made of yet more living branches and vines for flying creature to take landing. This level of the treehouse also boasts several window like openings letting ample light in on the four chrysalis.

The Elenya Camp
Eridanus [Main Area]

Inhabitants
Attikias | Astéri | Vivilene | Hunter | Volta
Thalia
| Carja
Open to visitors
Ask about thievery attempts
Open space for more inhabitants
Located north-northwest from the Eyes
Open to alterations

The Elenya clan's camp is developed and busy, with its sandy dirt showing evidence of a lot of foot traffic. What started as a natural clearing has grown due to the expansion of new homes- the original shack with space to fit around five humanoids lays in front of a small copse of trees. Directly in front of it is a firepit, circled by small stones and dry logs to seat one’s self at. Urns with various powders and dried spices are found, and two bent metal rods poke out of the ground to hold a grill or spit.

If the first hut is east, then the second is to the south-east, nearby and larger than the first. While the first only has a sloping roof making up its lone back wall, the other is more of a tarp on sticks, creating a roof that protects open urns and pelts from the rain.

Further along this direction is a large workbench. Broken tools and projects lay strewn about it, and many wooden figures dot on and around it, carefully made to stand or perch. Notably in this area is an extremely lifelike figurine of a deer. Though, it seems almost hidden by a few leather straps, and pointedly turned away from the camp. Very rarely, faint deer-like cries can be heard from the object.

Between the table and rain-shed is a well-beaten path to a nearby river that can be heard faintly in the quiet of the night. To the table’s right, however, is a more hidden path, leading towards the nearby Eyes. It doesn’t seem to get much travel. By its entrance is a large, lumpy stone statue, decorated with silvery and blue flowers at its base.

Past this is a large nest, the area recently carved out of the pushed-back treeline. Carja’s personal, portable hoard is located here, as well as her saddle when she’s not donning it.

Running along back towards the main hut is sizable kiln beside a mix of urns and weapons that have been strewn about the area. Almost all of these have been seemingly scavenged from the tunnel before Monoceros- most are broken and unusable at this point. Near this, as well, is a secondary smoke-pit, designed to cure leather over it.
